Tiger, Scout, Ginger & Scotch

I saw three cute little faces in the window looking out at me as I was walking up this evening. They all greeted me when I came inside. We all went out in the backyard so they could go potty. Tiger went and explored in the yard while Ginger and Scout came over for some back scratches! Later they each ran over to say hi to the neighbor dog. When everyone was finished, we went back in for their treats! Tiger made sure to point out where they were for me. It was a nice day out, so we decided to take a little walk. They sure got excited when I got their leashes out! When we got back home Ginger and Tiger wanted more attention. Meanwhile, Scout had made herself comfortable on one of the beds by the window.

Dakota & Benny

This afternoon Benny was jumping up at my legs as I came in, ready to go for his walk. They had fun chasing each other, checking out Christmas decorations and saying hi to their friends. Today I noticed Benny was having a little trouble with his back end. He seemed to be a little constipated, and had some poo stuck on his rear after he went. When we got home I got him all cleaned up and he seemed to be feeling much better! Kota snacked on her lunch while Benny was getting washed up.

Dakota & Benny

This afternoon Benny met me at the door and ran along with me to go let Kota out. We got on our way and they both decided to start running down the sidewalk. Today they chased after a couple birds and stopped to sniff around quite a bit. Benny said hi to all his friends and barked at all the Christmas lawn decorations! One house had put up candy canes along their driveway. Kota must have thought they were real, because she stopped to give one a few licks! We played outside for a couple minutes when we got home. Kota came in and finished her lunch while I filled their water bowls.

Mandy, Aeryn, Oscar and Izzy

Mandy again was waiting right at the door when I arrived this morning. Aeryn was in the living room and was stretching as if she just woke up! It didn't take long for both girls to start playing with their toys. Mandy found her ball and ran laps around the couch, while Aeryn teased me with her yellow toy again! She came close to me and plopped it down with her little back end in the air and waited for me to snap a picture! It almost looks as if she is smiling; how cute! Then as soon as I took the picture, Mandy came running around the couch and snatched the toy from Aeryn. It was hilarious, those girls make me laugh! Aeryn then came over to me and just wanted some love and attention; I think she was pouting! The cats were singing to the three of us from the garage! I had a great time with the girls - can't wait to see you in a few weeks!!

When I arrived to wake the girls up this morning, Mandy's little black nose peered around the door! Aeryn finally jumped off the couch and came to say good morning too! Outside we went for a quick potty break! Aeryn always gets her job done and then she is ready to get back inside. Mandy, however, takes her time and enjoys walking around the yard. After the morning potty break, it was back inside for breakfast! Each enjoyed their bowls of food, sometimes trading bowls for a few bites! Both Mandy and Aeryn like to take a few bites of food and come over to the carpet and eat it there! After breakfast, the girls jumped back up on the couch and settled down for a early morning nap!

The girls heard me coming and both met me at the door this evening. First, we went outside for them to go potty quick. When they were ready we headed back inside to play. They each picked a toy and started running around the room with it! Aeryn brought hers back over by me and playfully squatted down with her heiny in the air. If I tried to grab it, she'd hop back and shake it around. Mandy came over and stole it from her, then ran victory laps with it! I grabbed their squeaky ball and Mandy came running back for that toy. Later, the girls chased each other all around the house. Soon they settled down and were ready for some back scratches. In return, I got lots of kisses! Mandy rolled over next to me and laid her head in my lap, while Aeryn curled up on the rug for awhile. Then they switched. Aeryn wanted her back scratches and Mandy decided to curl up in her chair. I could hear the kitties talking to me through the door again. The girls went out potty one more time for the night. When they came in, they knew it was time for bed and each hopped into their chairs to get comfy. I tucked Mandy in for the night before I left. So cute!

Mandy met me at the door this evening! Eryn was in the living room, playing with her toy. Outside we went for a quick potty break! While the girls were outside, I prepared their dinner. A fresh bowl of water and food made the girls happy! Each cleaned their plate and then waited patiently, while I got their treat ready. Then it was off to the living room to play with the toys. All of a sudden, Mandy jumped off the couch and began to sprint around the big couch! Eryn didn’t know what to think of it! It was so funny, as each time Mandy came around, she would run into Eryn! Finally, after a number of laps, she stopped and rolled over for a scratch on her belly!

The girls heard me unlock the door and barked "Hello" to me! They were waiting for me as I opened the door and walked in. It was so good to see the girls again! We went outside and the girls went potty. Then, we walked around outside until they were ready to go back inside. I gave them a fresh bowl of water and read the note that mommy and daddy left. Oscar and Izzy said hello to me through the door, as I played with Mandy and Eryn. I took turns scratching each and throwing the toys around the living room. Mandy took her usual spot on the small couch, while Eryn played with the stuffed toys. They both finally got a little tired, so each took a spot on the floor; so relaxed with their hind legs out! I snapped a cute picture of them all tired out! See you later, girls!

This afternoon Kota was very talkative when I came to see them! She did her woo-woo at me while I got them ready for their walk. They hit the sidewalk running! Kota and Benny were busy exploring today, stopping to smell everything. Benny started barking at a new sign in someone's lawn that was flapping in the wind! He sure didn't like it waving at him. Benny has all kinds of new Christmas decorations in people's front yards to get used to. It was a very nice day out, so after our walk we spent a little extra time playing in the backyard. Benny didn't want to come in because he was having too much fun racing along the fence with the neighbor dogs!

The gang heard the key unlocking the door and greeted me at the door with wagging tails! We went outside and enjoyed the crisp, evening air. Ginger and Scout did their job fast and ran back to the the door. Both were ready to go in, so I opened the door and let them in. Tiger lingered awhile outside and finally was ready to come back in. As soon as I opened the door, Tiger ran to the cupboard, sat down and looked at me as if to say, "OK, we are ready for our treat now"! I gave them each a treat, but in the end, I believe Ginger at hers and most of Tiger and Scouts treat too! We played in the kitchen for awhile, but then each went and took their place on the pillows and settled in for the night! Thanks for the fun night! See you soon!
