Buddy, Canshe, A/C & Angel

This morning Buddy was sitting on the steps, waiting to go for his walk! While we were on our way, Buddy saw a little bunny in the field we were passing. He walked over toward it, then suddenly tried chasing after it! The bunny just sat until he got pretty close, then bolted off into the tall grass. We passed a couple dogs again today and they ran to their fence and barked at us. Buddy was too concerned about that bunny to notice them! Buddy slowly crept into the kitchen again to eat his breakfast while I was by Canshe. When she finished, she came with me to go visit A/C for awhile. Tonight Buddy was laying under the bed when I came in. I brought his leash over to the side of the bed. He crawled halfway out - just far enough for me to get his harness on, and just looked at me. I could hear his tail wagging and hitting the bottom of the bed! Canshe came over and hopped up on the bed and looked down at me. She was talking to me while I got Buddy ready to go. We took a nice long walk again this evening. Buddy got excited when he saw his doggy friends down the road. He did a cute little playful hop toward them when we went by. When we got home, Buddy ate his supper while I got Canshe's meds together. While they ate I went over to pet A/C for awhile. She was rolling around on the floor and just purring away! Little Angel was sitting under the couch both times again today. I talked to her for a little bit, but she didn't feel like coming out for me.

Caleb

Caleb got excited when he saw me! I opened his cage and he quick brought out his favorite orange toy. He immediately rolled over at my feet and got a tummy rub! When i was calling him to go outside he had to grab a different toy to bring out with us. When we went in, I went into the laundry room to get his leash. He heard it while he was drinking, and started bouncing up and down so excitedly! We went for a nice long walk since there was a nice breeze out. He was pretty tired out when we got back. I filled his puzzle toy with treats to play with for a little bit. He took a break from playing to lay next to me and get his tummy and back rubbed. We went outside again and he brought out a rawhide to chew on while he laid in the grass.

Harvey

Harvey was a sleepy boy today when I came to see him. I opened the door to his kennel and he just laid there and gave me kisses! Eventually he crawled out, yawned and did a couple real big stretches! We went outside for a bit so he could do his business. When he was done, he decided to explore around the yard. He kept going by the back of the fence. I think he could see some puppy dogs in someone else's yard. He was ready to go back in, so we played in the house for awhile. He rolled around with his little green man, chased after his tennis ball that I rolled around for him, and we even played some tug-of-war with his rope! I tired him out pretty good, so he went and laid in the kitchen on the tiles to cool off.

Jerrie

Jerrie was happy to see me today. He was sitting on the middle tier of his kitty tree. He hopped down and followed me around the house again. He came into the bedroom when I went to fill his water bowl. When I was finished, he ran ahead of me to our spot in the office! Poor little Jerrie had a couple sneezing fits today. That didn't stop him from enjoying his daily brushing!

Benny

Benny met me at the door today, carrying his little orange jingle ball! He jingled as he ran around the living room. When I had the leash in my hand he stood up on his hind legs to show me his ball! He brought it outside so I had to get it from him before we left. We took a nice long walk today. He was pretty tired once we got home, but still had some energy to play a little fetch!

Buddy, Canshe, A/C & Angel

This morning Buddy and I went for our walk right away after Canshe finished her meds. I had to get him out from under the bed again, but he was much more comfortable with me once we got on our way. His tail was up in the air, he was exploring and didn't stop to look back at the house. We went for a much longer walk than last night and he was happy to keep going. When we got home he went back into his hiding place. Canshe was waiting and started meowing at me. I pet her for awhile and noticed A/C was sitting by the gate again, wanting her attention too! As I was leaving, Canshe was following me to the door. I think she wanted to come with! Tonight Buddy didn't run and hide as soon as I walked in like he has been. He sat on the steps and watched me curiously. I got his harness and asked him if he was ready to go for a walk. He whined at me like he really wanted to come up, but just couldn't do it. He inched up to the next step, but when I moved closer he ran to his bed. I went over to get him out, but he already had his head out. As soon as the harness was on, he was ready! We went for another nice long walk. He was happy exploring and galloping around! Once back home he sat on the steps again and watched while I got his supper ready. He even came up to go eat it while I got Canshe's meds ready! A/C was waiting for her attention again and purred the whole time. Angel was sitting under the couch again both times I came to visit today.

Jerrie

Jerrie was walking past the door today as I came in. He followed me around and sat in the living room to wait while I cleaned his litter box. Then he ran ahead of me into the office when he knew I was finished! He hopped up onto the desk to rub up on the computer screen, then meowed at me a couple times. He eventually came down to get pet and brushed! He seemed to be feeling better today and didn't sneeze much.

Lucy & Shadow

Today both kitties were waiting for me. Lucy hopped up and sat on the little step stool while I filled their water bowl and meowed at me. Shadow was rubbing up against my legs. When I was finished I got their rope out. Shadow wasn't too interested in it today, but Lucy ran from across the room to pounce on it! Later they were both laying in the living room real close to each other. I tossed an end of the rope to each of them and they both started rolling around with it! They were almost doing the exact same moves. They both followed me into the bathroom today to help me clean the litter box, well... more like to wait till I was finished so one of them could use it first!

Buddy, Canshe, A/C & Angel

I heard Buddy's collar jingling and just saw a flash of his tail as I came in today. Canshe was meowing up a storm! I said hi to her for a minute then went to go talk to Buddy a little bit. I grabbed his collar and got him partially out from under the bed. After I got his harness on, he came out the rest of the way on his own. We went for a nice walk down the street. I think he was waiting for mom! He kept stopping to look back towards the house. We turned around when I saw another dog outside playing, and walked around in the back pasture for a bit. I saw a bunny right away. Once Buddy saw it, the little guy ran off into the bushes. Buddy went halfway into the bushes and tried to find it. When we went inside, I gave him a treat but he didn't want it. I put that under the bed for him after he had crawled back under. Buddy was very curious of me and kept coming out to stand in the bedroom doorway to watch me. I gave him his supper in the bedroom since he was still a little shy. He ate the whole thing for me. A/C was sitting at the gate watching too! I pet her for a little bit before I gave Canshe her medicine. Later I found Angel hiding under the couch. Canshe followed me around and meowed at me. I spent some time petting her while she ate. She's such a sweet kitty!

Jerrie

Jerrie was sitting on top of his tree today, ready to come and see me. He waited for me to finish, then when I was coming in to see him he made his way down. He was very sneezy today! I had to keep pointing him in a different direction! haha! One time after he sneezed he turned around, and he had a big long string of drool hanging from his mouth. I got a kleenex and wiped him off. Poor little guy, allergies are no fun! He spent the rest of the time purring while laying down and getting his brushing for the day.
