Shadow

This morning Shadow came to the door right away to greet me. He circled my legs while I got his breakfast ready. I made sure to keep moving so he wouldn't get any ideas. Haha. Shadow went to work on his breakfast and I went to check his box. He ate very well this morning. Shadow took breaks now and then to come sit by me or sniff at other animal smells on me. Then, he'd go snack some more. Later on, he ventured down the hall. He'd come back but didn't want to sit by me very long. I guess he was bored with me this morning! Of course as I was leaving he tried to make a bolt for the laundry room to come with me. Haha. This evening I came in and Shadow must have been napping. I started getting his dinner ready and eventually he came out to see me. He worked on his food and later came to visit with me. He hopped up to his tower for bath time again. I'd toss his kitty toy up by him and he'd wrestle around with that. I gave him some pets while he was up there. Before I left, he came down to go work on his dinner some more.

Murdy & Guthrie

Today I saw Guthrie pawing on the glass as I was unlocking the door. Murdy was walking up behind him to see me. I made my way to the kitchen with the boys following behind. I got them each their breakfast and they worked on that for a bit. Guthrie finished first, so I kept him occupied until Murdy was done. I cleaned up their room and filled their dishes for them. Then, it was time to play. Murdy was sitting in his window already. Guthrie ran ahead of me to the office door and pawed on it. He was ready for his feather! I brought it out and he immediately started jumping after it. Murdy zoomed in several times today to get his turn to chase and pounce on it too. Guthrie was even nice enough to wait and let him have his time to play. The boys will be very happy to have their mom and dad home soon!

Shadow

This evening I came in and Shadow came to greet me shortly after. He came to check out the smells on me while I got his dinner ready. He went right to work on that while I turned on lights and checked his box. I sat in the living room and waited for him to finish. Shadow started making his way to the hall so I called for him. He stopped and wandered over by me and crawled in my lap for awhile. He sat and purred away. After that, Shadow hopped up to his kitty tower to give himself a bath. In between cleaning his paws, I'd toss his kitty toy up by him and he'd chomp on that and wrestle with it. Haha. We played for awhile and he stayed up there when it was time for me to clean up the dishes.

Murdy & Guthrie

This morning the boys were both pawing and stretching across the front door while I was unlocking it. That was funny to see! I came in and they went to wait for me in the kitchen. The boys got their breakfast, then it was time for me to clean up their room quick. I took some pics for mom and dad, then grabbed the feather toy for a bit of playtime. Guthrie jumped up on the couch to pounce on it and bring it back. Murdy swooped in once for a turn. Guthrie was even doing some pretty big leaps in the air this morning! Murdy went to go sit in his window for most of the time today. Guthrie didn't mind having playtime all to himself!

Oreo & Stuffs

This morning started the same as most. I came in and Oreo appeared to come say good morning to me. We went to the kitchen and got him his breakfast. Stuffy wandered in shortly after and sat by the back door to watch for his friend. I brought Stuffy his food and the boys both ate for me. After we were all finished with our stuff, the boys came and sat with me for some morning lovins. Stuffy sprawled out on one side and Oreo snuggled up close on the other. They both purred away and took their little kitty naps. This evening I walked in and as I was heading to the kitchen, I could see Oreo up above walking down the hall to come downstairs. He came in the kitchen and rubbed his face on the tops of my feet and the back of my legs. Haha. I got him his pill and he found it on me, so he got another little treat sandwich. That one worked. I gave him his dinner and saw that Stuffy was sitting on the bottom steps. I brought his plate over and went to scoop their box. When I finished I saw he hadn't eaten and was sitting under a chair by the back door, so I brought his plate by him again. This time, he scarfed some down. The boys met me at our spot after dinner and snuggled up for some pets and brushes.

Murdy & Guthrie

This morning the boys were both right up by the door to greet me. I headed to the kitchen with Guthrie leading the way. Murdy was already sitting on the counter waiting. I got the boys their food and made sure they stuck to their own bowls. They both licked their dishes clean for me. After I finished with their other things, it was time to play. The boys had both been sitting on the dining table, waiting for me to finish. As soon as Guthrie saw me coming, he ran for the office door. Murdy stayed on the table so I stopped to give him some pets. He did a big stretch and sat there happily getting loved on. Later, I went and got the feather toy out for the boys to play.

Oreo & Stuffs

This morning I came in and spotted Stuffy sitting in the chair in the office. I headed to the kitchen and Oreo came in shortly after. He waited for his food and got to work as soon as I put the plate down. Stuffy wandered in and sat by the back door, so I brought his over to him too. After the boys finished eating, they strolled into the living room to eat for me. The boys took their sides and rolled over for some belly rubs and brushes. This evening I came in and Oreo greeted me right away. We went to the kitchen and Stuffy came in to sit by his brother and wait. They both got their plates and they ate well. I did my things and filled Charlie's bowl before coming in to visit with the boys. Tonight it was Oreo that didn't stay long. All those chin rubs got his appetite worked up so he had to go snack some more on dinner. Stuff was laying on his side and taking a snooze as he got brushed.

Murdy & Guthrie

Today I could see both boys coming up to the door when they heard me outside. They ran along behind me when I came in, ready to say hi. The boys both hopped up on the counter to supervise while I got their food ready for them. Both boys ate well for me and Guthrie kept to his own bowl today. Haha. After they ate I scooped their box and vacuumed their area as usual. Then, Guthrie led the way to the office and kind of love hopped and threw himself up against the door. "My favorite thing. It's in there!" I got it out and shooed the boys out of the office to go to our spot. Guthrie chased and pounced as usual. Murdy slid in on the floor for a turn as well. He sure loves to play when he can get a chance! It didn't take long before Guthrie took over though. Poor guy! Haha.

Oreo & Stuffs

This morning I came in and Oreo greeted me in the dining room. He ran off ahead to meet me in the kitchen. Stuffy was sitting under the chair in there, either ready for me or watching for his friend outside, or maybe both! Haha. I got the boys their food and delivered their plates. Soon, they were ready to head to the living room to our spot. Stuff didn't stay by me too long and he went to look out the window for awhile. Oreo was happy to get all the chin rubs to himself. This evening I came in and didn't see either of them. After a few minutes Oreo appeared in the kitchen, ready to eat. I called for Stuffy and he came down and peered through the railings on the bottom steps. I brought his food there for him to eat. They both had their fill, then went to wait for me. Stuffy didn't stay for too long again and wandered off for awhile. I later found him sitting by the back door. Charlie wasn't out there, but maybe he knew he was on the way. Haha.

Noell & Navi

This morning Noell was right in the kitchen to greet me. As I was rinsing bowls out in the kitchen I saw Navi looking in at me through the back door. She was all big eyed and made me laugh. Then, she raced inside to join us and get her breakfast. While the girls ate I did my things quick. Afterwards, I joined them in the living room. Noell stood nearby and got her pets. Navi climbed in my lap and tried to nibble on my hands as I tried to pet her, so I made her get down. Little stinker! Haha. Noell pawed at her fishy toy for a few minutes. Navi had fun jumping and sliding around after it for awhile too. I guess they were bored with me today, because they both eventually wandered off. Navi was right there when it was treat time though!
