Today the girls were waiting in the kitchen for me as usual. They ate their breakfast once it was ready and I filled their other dishes. Navi and I headed to the bathroom when she finished. She didn't want to do anything for me. Neither had used the toilet at all this week, with having the option of the box out there. I went and changed the liner in that. Navi came out and helped. Back inside, Noell was waiting for me. The girls were pretty snuggly today!
Tonight I came in and let the girls out back. I went in by the kitties next. I spotted Rudy and Chili napping on the bed together. He's so cute! Pip came right up to say hi. Salt was sitting on the kitty tower. Salt got some pets first, then I went to visit with Rudy and Chili. Chili was loving up some chin rubs! She sat with her head laying in my hand the whole time so I wouldn't stop. Pip came and hopped on the bed by them while I was playing with Rudy. The boys both chased the feather toy around. Pepper was hanging out under the bed tonight. When it was time, I let the pups back inside. They were having fun bouncing around on the couch before bed. Haha.
This morning I came in and saw Stuffs sitting in the dining room. He got up and started to head for the kitchen. Oreo was already in there waiting for me. I got him his pill, then got their breakfast ready. Stuffy sat at the edge of the living room and didn't come eat, so I brought his food to him. He did nibble a little for me, so that made me feel better. He got his shot, then it was brush time. This evening Oreo met me in the kitchen again. I called for Stuffy but didn't see him. Oreo got his medicine and started working on his dinner. I found Stuffy napping in his cat bed in the closet. I carried him into the kitchen and he snacked on his food. I turned the fire on for the boys and Stuffy went to sit by it. I sprinkled some dry food kibbles on the floor in front of him and he ate those for me too. Stuffy got his insulin. He was in heaven, warming by the fire and getting his brushes. Oreo was sitting by us, then he got up and went to go eat some more.
This evening I came in and Oreo was in the dining room coming to say hi. He led the way to the kitchen while I got their food ready. Oreo got his medicine and I called for Stuffy. I had to go find him since he didn't come to see me. I found him lounging in his kitty bed in the closet. I picked him up and took him to the kitchen to eat. He didn't seem interested, but I brought his food along and kept sticking it in front of him. Oreo was sitting by the side of the couch looking into the corner. I checked to see what he was up to and grabbed a toy out for him. He was loving on the catnip toy! Stuffy got some brushing and I kept following him to try and get him to eat. He did go to eat some dry food. I had turned on the fireplace earlier, so he went to sit by it. I was just about to give his insulin, when he threw up the food that he ate. So, I held off for this evening. We'll see how he does in the morning!
This morning the girls came to say hi when I came in. They waited for their breakfast and ate well for me. I took them both to the bathroom to do their business, but neither wanted to go for me. I checked out back quick. I guess they're a little confused as to where to go now. There was pee in the box and they pooped by the chair on the concrete, but nothing in the toilet. I cleaned that up quick and then visited with the girls. Navi came and sat right in my lap for awhile. She purred and got her pets. Noell sat by me and got some attention too. Navi had some playtime too and swatted at her kitty toy. Before I left, we tried again, but didn't have any luck.
Today the girls wandered in after they heard me come inside. Navi went and sat right by her bowl to wait. Noell was busy walking circled and brushing up against the cabinets. The girls ate their breakfast for me while I filled their other dishes. After they ate, I took each of them to the toilet to try and do their business. Neither wanted to do anything for me. I went out back and saw they had that litter pan full. I changed it out today. Back inside, Noell got a few pets and Navi came over to swat at kitty toys. Before I left, I took Navi back to the bathroom again, with no luck.
This morning both girls wandered into the kitchen to see me. They waited patiently for their breakfast. The girls ate well and wandered off, each as they finished. Noell went and sat in the living room to wash her face. I took Navi to the bathroom to see if she'd do anything for me. Not this time. I went out back to see if they were using the box out there. There was both pee and poo in there. I left it for today, hoping they'd find it too dirty to use and would go back to the toilet. I'll change it out tomorrow. I took Noell in there to see if she'd use it too, and she didn't have to either. The girls met me in the living room after we finished. They were bored with me today and didn't stay long. I had dug out the mice from under the couch for them. Navi went and sat by the back window for awhile. Later, she did come to play a bit. Noell had ventured on outside to enjoy the weather.
Today the girls wandered into the kitchen when I arrived. I got them their breakfast and they both went to work. I took Navi to the potty after she finished, but she didn't want to go for me. Someone had peed in there, so that's good. I decided to go check around and see if they were doing anything elsewhere. I did find two spots of poo on the patio today. I got that all cleaned up. Navi came out to sit on the cat tower out there with me. Haha. Back inside, Noell was waiting for her pets. She wandered around by me for a bit, then headed outside. Navi came back in and played with her fishy again. She rolled around and batted and kicked at it. Haha. Before I left, we tried again, but had no luck. She was happy to get her treats though!
Today the girls both sat by their bowls while they waited for me to deliver their breakfast. They both ate very well. Noell even tried to finish up Navi's leftovers, but I made her take a break, hoping that would help so she wouldn't throw up. I took Navi to the bathroom to try using her potty. Looks like someone had at least peed in there. She didn't want to do anything for me, but at least today she tried pawing at the litter. I met the girls in the living room for some attention. Noell sat by me purring away as she got her pets. Navi had fun playing with the fishy toy. Before I left, I took Navi to try again, but still had no luck. I checked out on the patio to make sure there wasn't any new spots out there. Didn't see anything, so that's good.
Today it started to warm up a little and the sun was shining. The girls were out lounging in the grass when I pulled up today. They seemed to be enjoying the weather! They both ran up to the fence and were bouncing up and down. The girls met me at the door and came in. After I filled their dishes, Roxy went and sat in her chair and Sophie raced to the couch to wait for me. Sophie snuggled with me for a bit and got her belly rubs. Soon, it was time to eat. The girls both went over and worked on their food. With full tummies, now it was nap time! Sophie curled up with me and Roxy went to her chair. Later on, Roxy came over and the girls were giving each other kisses, and messing with each other too. Haha! When it was time to head out, I got the girls a few snacks for today. They will be so happy to see mom and dad soon!
