Sadie, Chloe & Patches

This morning I called for Sadie as I went out to get her breakfast. When I got back I still didn't see her, so I went looking around for her. Patches was sitting on the table, waiting patiently for her food. Haha. Chloe was laying on the back of the recliner. I found Sadie lounging in her bed. She was laying there wagging her tail at me. I got her to come out and take a potty break. She came in and nibbled at her food a little. Patches ate her breakfast as well. Then, it was attention time! Sadie got her pets until it was time to go outside. Patches even came over for a couple pets too. This evening I let Sadie in and brought her bowl in. She didn't finish her breakfast, but I added her dinner in. She ate while I got Patches her food. After dinner, I sat with her and she loved up every minute of her pets. Chloe came over for some love too. She was quite the lovey dove tonight! She was rubbing her face all over my jeans. Haha!

Sophie & Roxy

Today I came in and headed to the back door. The girls were around the side of the house and came running when I called for them. They came in and said hi right away. Roxy went and hopped into her chair. I sat on the couch and Sophie came over for some pets. I noticed her poor little nosey was kinda raw. She didn't seem too bothered by it though. Soon, the girls worked up their appetites and went to go eat. After their tummies were full, it was time for a nap. Sophie curled up next to me and laid on her back for some belly rubs. Roxie went and sprawled back out on her chair. When it was time, I sent them back out with a couple snacks. It was going to be a super nice day outside!

Micah, Henry, Houston, Charlie, Smudge & Finn

Today Finn was scrambling down the hall to see who was home. She followed me everywhere as usual. Houston was napping on the chair in the living room. I stopped by to give him a few pets. Micah was lounging on the kid's bed, and Henry on the master bed. No sightings of Charlie or Smudge today. Although, Smudge left her mark. Haha. I guess she's not liking this once a day box cleaning thing! Micah ate well today. Finn and Houston kept each other busy on the floor wrestling around and grooming each other. That kept them from bothering Micah too much anyways. Henry still made a couple attempts though. Everyone seems to be doing well!

Murdy

Today I saw Murdy come up to the door when he heard me outside. He meowed at me on my way in. Next, he led the way as always and jumped up on the counter. He sat on his mat and loved on the paper towel roll as he waited. Haha. Murdy ate his food and I took care of his things. He helped me get his toy, then it was time to play. He sat and stalked the feather toy, then would take a break to come over for pets, then back to play again. He purred away the whole time. He got plenty of pets and chin rubs today!

Sadie, Chloe & Patches

This evening I came in and saw Patches lounging on the back of the couch. She meowed at me as I let Sadie in. Sadie was going crazy, excited as could be! I got her her dinner and got some for Patches as well. I went to scoop the litter box quick and called for Chloe. When I got back to the living room, I saw she was sitting next to the dining table. Patches came up on the table and got a couple pets. I went and sat on the floor in the living room and Sadie immediately snuggled up to me. She got her pets and chest scratchies. Chloe came over for some love too. In no time, Sadie was laying on her back getting her belly rubs! Before I left, she got a couple bedtime cookies.

Micah, Henry, Houston, Charlie, Smudge & Finn

Today I walked in and Finn scrambled from out behind the Keurig. I guess I startled her! Haha. Not sure if she was napping back there or what. Houston was in the living room, along with Micah sitting  next to the tree. I went looking around for the others quick. Henry appeared on the dining room table. Not sure where he came from. I didn't see the other two today. I did see Smudge yesterday though. Charlie must have a good spot in a closet or something! I got Micah his food and kept the others from trying to take over while he ate. Finn and Houston gave up and started wrestling around on the floor instead. Haha. Henry and Finn finished up after Micah was done. Houston and Finn were quite spunky today and were having a blast chasing each other around!

Murdy

Today Murdy was making his way down the hall to see me when I got there. He meowed and led the way to the kitchen. Murdy took his medicine and helped me get his food ready. While he ate, I cleaned his box and filled his other dishes. I went and got his toy, then we headed to our spot. Murdy got some snuggles and pets in, then was ready for playtime. He leapt and pounced on the feathers and had a blast. Later on, he was in a lovey mood again and kept coming over for attention. He even climbed up on my shoulders and sat there awhile, purring away! He never does that! Haha.

Micah, Henry, Houston, Charlie, Smudge & Finn

Today I came in and saw Henry right away. He came over to say hi while I went to look for the others. To my suprise, I only found Micah at first. He was lounging on the bed in one of the kid's rooms. As I was heading to the master bedroom, Houston came running out and took cover under the side table. Silly kitty. Finn was just making her way out as well. I had to go back and get Micah today to bring him to the kitchen. He went to work on his food, while the others sat and drooled. Haha. I didn't see Smudge or Charlie again today.

Murdy

Today Murdy was right at the door talking to me again. I came in and we headed to the kitchen. He took his pill, then I got him some food. He went and sat in the living room this time while I tended to his other things quick. He raced into the office as usual, to show me where his toy was. Murdy was in quite the playful mood today! He was leaping in the air after his feathers and making me laugh. He sat and watched intensely, then would pounce. He had a blast today! Eventually, he worked up his appetite and went to go work on his canned food.

Hudson, Zel & Gabbie

This morning everyone greeted me at the door. We made our way to the back door and they went out to do their thing. Soon, they were back and ready to come in to eat. Hudson was so excited he could barely sit still! Hudson and Gabbie finished first as usual. Gabbie tried sneaking some of Zel's kibbles again, but I caught her trying. Those two went out and Zel came out when she finished. It was windy out this morning, but oh so warm! Since it was so nice outside, all three had fun exploring off in the yard. Eventually it was time to come in. I went to tuck Hudson and Gabbie in and saw that Gabbie had curled up in Hudson's crate with him. Haha! I had to have her come out and go in her own bed. Silly lady!
