Indy & Eisley

This morning I came in and heard barking inside. The pups both met me at the door. Indy must have been having fun playing out in the rain before I got there. He was soaking wet! I said hi to them, then got them each their breakfast. Both pups ate well. Indy ran back outside for awhile after he ate. I topped off their water bowls, then gave Eisley some pets. Indy returned, nice and wet, and wanted his pets too! Haha! This evening Indy was right at the door to see me. He was jumping up excitedly. Eisley was right behind him, waiting to see who was here. I got the pups their dinner right away. They both ate well. Eisley had to go check Indy's bowl just in case there were any left over kibbles. Indy was dry this evening, so he must not have been out playing in the rain for awhile. After I got there though, he ventured out to do his business. They both sat with me for some attention for awhile. I had to make sure I was petting them both at the same time, or the other would get jealous. Haha!

Daisy & Sophie

This morning I came in and met Sophie in the kitchen. Daisy was sitting on her counter, waiting for her breakfast. She watched me as I took care of her things. Next, I went to get her food ready. Sophie was goofing around on the floor while she waited. Sophie then decided to snack on Daisy's food while I scooped her box quick. Daisy came down to eat once I delivered her dish. Sophie and I got our play time in next. She chased her feather toy for awhile. Then, she got tired and went to sprawl out on the rug in the kitchen. She laid there and lazily swatted at the toy when it came her way.

Ty, Dillon, Boo & Storm

This morning I came in and spotted Boo on the table right away, meowing at me for attention. I said hi, then made my way to see the pups. They were very excited! We went out back so they could do their business. Dillon was busy trying to check me out, so I went in so he would do his thing. It was raining and cold out, so they finished quickly and came back inside. I got the boys their breakfast and they snacked a little. Meanwhile, I got Storm and Boo theirs and scooped their box. The boys came out of their room to see me for awhile. They were happy for some attention. Ty was a little attention hog! Haha. We took a break so I could clean up their eyes quick. They were both very good boys. When it was time, I let them out for one more potty break, then put them back in their room.

Hudson, Zel, Gabbie & Blackie

This morning it was chilly out and the rain was coming down. The pups met me at the door to say hi. I let them all out for their morning potty break. When they were ready, they came in to eat breakfast. Everyone cleaned out their bowls for me. We went back out for one more potty break after that. The girls went just far enough to get on the grass, then were back onto the covered patio. I let them in right away. Blackie came in after he pottied, then Hudson when he was ready. No one wanted to be out in the cold rain today! Once inside, they were lazy pups! All four curled up in their beds for a nap. They relaxed until it was time to go back to their kennels.

Daisy & Sophie

This morning I came in and Sophie wandered down from the end of the hall to see who was home. She followed me to the kitchen while I gathered Daisy's bowl. She waited patiently for her dinner. Sophie hopped up on the counter while I got it ready and even climbed down into the sink to try and lick the can. Haha! After I scooped her box, Sophie and I got some playtime. She had a blast chasing around her feather toy. She would even stand up and catch it as it came flying by!

Hudson, Zel, Gabbie & Blackie

This morning the rain hadn't started yet by the time I arrived. It was actually pretty nice and warm out! The pups all met me at the door happily. I let them out for their potty break, then they lined up in the kitchen for their breakfasts. Hudson finished his and tried sneaking up behind Blackie to try and steal his. I caught him though! When everyone had finished, we all headed out back. They all had fun exploring around the yard this morning. The neighbor lab appeared at the corner of his yard, so Hudson had to run over and tell him who was boss. Haha. Blackie and Gabbie ran over to join in! This evening it was raining out. I let the kiddos out for their breaks. They all came in and were dancing around, letting me know they were ready for dinner. Gabbie went back to the door, so I guess she wasn't done pottying. She did her thing and came back when she was ready to eat. The other three went back out while Gabbie finished eating. They did their business then hung out under the cover of the patio since it was raining pretty good. When it was time, we went in and both girls cozied right up in their beds. The boys were busy going around and licking bowls to check for leftovers.

This evening I walked out to get the mail and heard Blackie in the house, doing his silly bark. I came in and he met me at the door. I saw he had a little accident before I got there. I let him and the little ones out back quick, then I picked up. Blackie was already back at the door, ready to come in to eat. The kiddos raced inside and were all dancing around in the kitchen as usual. Everyone ate well. Hudson came and visited me while the others were finishing up. Once the girls were done, I let them all back outside to play. Blackie took his time, then joined the others when he was finished. It was windy out, but still warm this evening. The pups all had fun exploring out in the dark. After awhile the girls barked at me to go in. I told them we had to enjoy it tonight, because it was going to be yucky and raining tomorrow! They got the hint and ventured back out to sniff around. Haha!

Oscar

This afternoon Oscar greeted me at the door. He said hi, then made his way to the back door. We headed out back. It was cool out this afternoon, but luckily the rain had stopped. Oscar was busy scoping out the yard and checking out what the crows were busy talking about. He seemed concerned. Haha! Oscar was roaming all over the yard exploring today. After awhile, he found a spot on the patio to relax. He laid there and kept and eye on the neighborhood until it was time to head inside. He was a good boy and got his paws dried off first.

Noell

This morning Noell was in the laundry room waiting for me. She was talkative on the way to go get her bowl. We got her breakfast ready and she snacked while I cleaned her box. We went to the living room and she plopped down on the floor next to me. Noell was loving up some chin rubs for awhile. Soon, she was ready for playtime. Noell zoomed around after her fishy for some laps. Then, she would hide behind the couch and come out and pounce on it once in awhile.

Quinney, Billie & the gang

This morning Roxy was quite anxious to get out and play! I let her out and she went out back for a bit to go potty. By the time I had her breakfast ready, she was at the door wanting to come back in. She raced to her bed to eat for me. Billie and Quin went out next. Roxy and I went outside to play while the big pups ate their breakfast. Roxy makes me laugh when she tosses her toy up for herself to catch. Haha! We played a good game of fetch out there with her pumpkin. She was racing around and bouncing like a little bunny rabbit! We came in so Billie and Quin could have some time to play. I checked on the kitties, opened their windows and turned on the water for them. Salt came to say hi quick. Roxy played some more fetch in the living room until she got bored with that toy. She went to her bed to dig out her blue bear. Roxy snuggled up next to me while she chewed on his leg. Haha. When it was time, Billie and Quin came inside and Roxy got one more potty break before it was back to bed. They all did great!
