This morning I came in and saw the pups had a pillow party again while I was gone. I picked those up quickly as we made our way to the back door. Hunter was talking to me on his way out. I realized he'd brought his ball in the last time we came inside. So, I grabbed that and headed outside with them. Hunter was ready for his game. We played, then I let him know when it was time to be done. The pups both relaxed outside and enjoyed the beautiful morning after that. This afternoon, I gave them their extra visit. It had just gotten done raining, so we made good time. The pups went out back, then the sun started to peek out again. Hunter was ready for another game of fetch, so we did that. Then, the pups did some sunbathing in the yard. This evening, Riley was happy to come sit by me and get some heiny scratches. We went out back and Hunter got his fetch game in. Before I left, I got the pups their dinners. They have been eating great this time!

Sadi & Noell
This morning Noell was waiting for me in the hallway. She started walking ahead of me and kept making sure that she was in the middle of my legs as I walked. I nearly tripped over her several times! Haha. She rubbed up against my leg this morning while Sadi got her medicine. Her nose is looking pretty good lately. Noell came and talked to me from the living room while I got their food ready. After the girls both worked on their food, they enjoyed some pets and chin scratches. Noell made me crack up when she decided to snuggle up to the water bowl! Haha. This evening Sadi was snuggled up in the leopard bed when I came in. Noell was in the kitty room as well. She said hi, then sat by her bowls, ready to eat. I got them working on their dinner, then they both enjoyed a little more attention.
Oscar
This afternoon I came in and found Oscar lounging on the couch. He hopped down to come say hi. Today, as soon as we got outside, we actually got a game in! Oscar was ready to play a little fetch. It was windy out, so I only got a couple shots to throw his frisbee to him. After that, he wanted to play tug of war. That was pretty short lived. So, Oscar dropped it and decided it was time to relax. Later on, he and his friend were both at the fence, trying to check something out. Soon enough, it was time to head inside again and get Oscar his favorite snack!

Hunter & Riley
This morning I opened the door and two little noses were right there to greet me! Hunter started right in, telling me he was ready to play. I saw that the pups had both eaten their dinner after I left last night. Yay! We went out back and I grabbed Hunter's orange ball and tossed it for him. He just looked at me. I told him I threw it for him, and he ran to the door instead. I went in and got their breakfast ready, thinking maybe he was hungry. Nope! He just had to go get the ball he really wanted to play with instead. Once he had his blue fetch ball, he was finally ready for our game. We went back out and this time he was racing after his ball. Riley was busy exploring and doing her own thing. This evening, I came in and Hunter was ready to go again. The dogs appeared to have had a pillow party while I was gone! Haha. I picked those up quick, then I saw the pups had polished off their bowls from breakfast again. Good job! Riley went off to do her business, and Hunter raced to go get his ball for me. We got his game in, then I told him when we were all done. After that, the pups lounged in the grass and enjoyed the beautiful evening! When it was time, we went in and I got their dinners ready for them. Riley wandered off to go snuggle up on her bed.
Oscar
This afternoon I came inside and didn't see Oscar at the door. I came around the corner, and he was standing by the kitchen island with his head hanging down. I asked him what he was doing. He was waiting to see who it was, so he could enjoy his greenie! Haha! He quickly ate his snack, then we went outside. It was a beautiful afternoon! Oscar found plenty of nice places in the grass to lounge around and enjoy it.
Sadi & Noell
This morning I came in and found Sadi by the dishes, getting herself a drink. I got her nose cleaned up and gave her her morning meds. I cleaned up their room quick and grabbed their bowls to get them some breakfast. I hadn't seen Noell yet, but realized she was hanging out on the patio this morning. She was busy sitting by the screen door, watching something out there. I got their food and she must have heard me. Noell came in and meowed at me that she was ready to eat. Both girls worked on their breakfast for me. This evening, Noell heard me coming and met me in the hall. She made sure that I was going to go grab her bowl. I got Sadi to clean her nose, but it actually looked pretty good. She got her drops, then I got her working on dinner. Noell likes not having a table! Haha. She was flopping and rolling around on the rug while I got her food. What a goofball.

Hunter & Riley
This evening the pups were at the window, announcing that I was there! They met me at the door excitedly when I came in. We headed right out back and Hunter didn't even wait to start telling me it was time to play! I went in and read mom's note quick, then looked for his toy. Once I realized it was already outside, Hunter was already standing there waiting. He knew right where it was! Haha. Riley did her business, then found a spot to relax in the grass for a bit. Hunter let his first throw bounce right under the shed. Oops! I got it out for him and we continued until it was time for him to be done. Riley was now wandering around and exploring. Hunter joined in until we went in for the night. I tried to get them to eat for me, but neither was really interested. Riley wandered off and went to go to bed.
Waldo, Otis & Mabel
Today Waldo was sitting in the laundry room waiting for me again. He led me to the kitchen and stood up against the cabinets, reaching for his food. Haha. Otis was in the kitchen as well. Hungry boys! Mabel was sitting on her spot on the bed when I walked in today. By the time I had to go clean their box, she'd already made her break for shelter under the bed. Waldo was sitting in there when I was done, so I went to go pet him for a bit. Mabel made her way out and down the hall. But, she was a curious kitty today. She kept her distance, but stayed within eyesight of me today. The boys and I ventured to our spot in the living room to play. Otis had a blast zooming around and chasing his toy! Waldo tackled it a few times as well. Meanwhile, Mabel was casually giving herself a bath in the hall. The boys went to go snack on their food again as I was leaving.

Rusty & Ruby
This morning I let Ruby out and she ran to the back door. She waited there for me to come outside with her. We walked out back and Ruby did her thing. Rusty came out and had his ball ready to go! We played a short game while we waited for Ruby. Then, we went in so they could eat. Salem got up from her spot and talked away while she got her pets. I went back out so Rusty and I could continue our game after I fed the turtles their breakfast too. This afternoon, both pups ran outside to join me. Rusty found a ball and we started his game, while Ruby was busy roaming around. Rusty lost interest in our game after awhile and he was busy exploring the yard instead. Ruby had gone inside to go lounge on her couch before I left.

Rusty & Ruby
This morning I let Ruby out and she zoomed out the doggy door quickly. Rusty found his ball, then came out with us. They did their thing, then it was time to head in for breakfast. Ruby nearly had her head in the bin while I got her food this morning. Guess she wanted to make sure I was giving her enough. Haha! She cracks me up. Rusty got his no-itchy pill along with his food. They both finished off their breakfast for me, then I went to see Salem. She meowed and got her pets before I took care of her things. Outside, Rusty and I got a nice long game of fetch in. Miss Ruby sat next to me for some snuggles and pets. This afternoon, the pups came outside with me. Ruby did her business, then was roaming around checking things out. Rusty had found his purple ball from somewhere, so we got another long game of fetch in with that. It was a very nice day! This evening, I let Ruby out and she leapt and bounded over to her food bowl like a baby deer. Haha! I fed them right away since she would clearly waste away if I didn't! Haha. Oh Ruby. They finished and she made sure to check Rusty's bowl for any stranded kibbles. No luck there. Next, she bounced her way out back and the pups did their business while I fed the others. Rusty wasn't up for much play tonight and made his way inside after a little while. When it was time, I got Ruby tucked in her bed with a bedtime snack.
