Oscar

This afternoon Oscar was running towards the door when I came in. He stopped for a few hello pets, then trotted along to the back door. We went outside to go enjoy yet another beautiful afternoon! Oscar found a nice spot in the grass to sunbathe and watch over the neighborhood. His friends were outside today too, and they kept coming to the fence to see what he was up to. Later on, Oscar was barking at me to play. I got his frisbee and we got some tosses in and played chase. Eventually, he was ready to relax in the shade. When we got inside, he did his tricks for me for his snack.

Sadi & Noell

This morning Noell came out to say hi when I arrived. She was bouncing along next to me as we headed to their room. She made a couple failed attempts to swat at my legs along the way. Haha. Sadi was awake and sitting by her food. She got her nose cleaned up, then took her meds. Noell came and brushed up against the cabinets in the kitchen while I got breakfast ready. The girls went to work while I waited by them. Noell was disappointed that I wasn't wearing my fun sweatshirt today. Haha. She settled for some pets and chin scratches instead. Sadi joined in for a few minutes when she was full. Noell got some laser light time in this morning as well. This evening, Noell came up to me right away. I picked her up and walked her to their room. Sadi was awake again, just hanging out. She got cleaned up and had her drops put in. I got her working on dinner, then went to get Noell her food.

Oscar

This afternoon Oscar was at the door and ready for me. We said hi and he bounced along to the back door with me. It was another nice and breezy afternoon. Oscar found a spot to go relax in the grass for awhile. He had fun rolling around and being silly. Later on, he got up and was just staring at me. So, I went and got his frisbee and tossed it to him. He caught it and we played chase for a minute. He gave up the frisbee, so I went to throw it to him again. He just stood there and let it land just inches from him. All done I guess! Haha! He went back to lounging around on the grass until it was time to head in.

Oscar

This afternoon I came in and heard Oscar rustling in the bedroom. He hopped down from his napping spot on the bed to come see me. After a few scritches, we went out back. What an awesome day! Oscar ran right out to the yard and plopped down to sunbathe. The grass looks nice by the way! ;) He just wanted to lounge and enjoy the weather today. He got up only to switch spots and once to bark at someone walking through the neighborhood. After awhile he came to relax in the shade on the patio by me, while getting some pets. Such a rough life! Haha.

Sadi & Noell

This morning Noell was waiting down the hall for me. She ran along ahead of me to wait by her food bowl. Sadi was up and sitting by hers too. I got her nose cleaned up. She had quite a bit of discharge this morning. She got her morning medicine, along with the yellow pill. Noell was busy flopping around on the floor and pawing at my legs. I Sadi her back in her room and got the girls their breakfast. They both went to work, while I picked up their room. Noell finished first and got to play with my sweatshirt strings for a bit. When Sadi finished up, she enjoyed some pets and chin rubs. Before I left, Noell ran some laps around the living room to chase her laser light. This evening, Noell was at her post waiting for me. I said hi, then we went to their room. Sadi was snoozing in her tent bed. I woke her up and got her nose cleaned up again. Poor stuffy girl! I got her working on eating some food for me, while I got some more for Noell.

This evening Noell came strolling down the hall from the opposite direction I usually see. Once I met up with her, I saw one of the guest room doors was open. She must have been napping in there! I went ahead and closed the door. Miss Sadi was snoozing away in her squished down tent bed. Haha. I woke her up to clean up her nose and give her her eye drops. Noell tagged along to the kitchen to help get her dinner ready. Both girls ate well for me.

Bella & Chico

This morning it was a bit warmer out than yesterday. It was misting lightly when I arrived. I let the pups out right away. Bella zoomed for the door and Chico did a big stretch on his way out to follow. There were some worms flopping around on the deck that had Bella and Chico intrigued for awhile. Then, they ran off to go do their business. They took turns working on breakfast in between roaming around the yard. They came in when it was time and got their snacks. This afternoon, the pups and I headed out back. It was pretty nice out! Chico hopped up on the bench to come visit me. That got miss Bella jealous, so she ran over for some pets too! They were busy checking everything out. I think Bella was checking the yard for some worms to snack on. That didn't sit well in her tummy and she ended up getting sick. She didn't try looking for any more after that! Chico kept busy pacing along the fence, waiting for his friend to come out. Eventually, we made our way back inside and the pups got their peanut butter snacks.

This morning it was very cold and rainy outside. I came in and the pups patiently waited for me to let them out. They raced to the door and went out to do their thing. I thought Chico would be back in pretty quick, but he actually hung out a bit longer. Bella nibbled on breakfast a little. The rain was starting to let up a bit, so they didn't mind being outside so much. When they came in, it was time for a snack! This afternoon, the rain had stopped. It was still cloudy and cool out. Bella and Chico ran out back and were busy exploring about the yard. Chico was talking to the neighborhood. He came in after a bit and found a rawhide to snack on. He took it into the bedroom so Bella wouldn't know. Haha. Bella came in and was sniffing the air and trying to peek up on the counters. Wonder what she was looking for? They got their peanut butter snacks before I left. This evening I turned the heat on a little inside, since it was getting pretty cool in the house. I let the pups out back. Chico was barking about something when he wasn't working on his dinner. Miss Bella was in and out, coming to see me for some attention, then off to go explore. Chico came in and found that bone again, but this time Bella wanted it too. They exchanged sassy words, so I had to confiscate it for now. When it was time, they were excited to come in and get their bedtime snack!

Bradford, ZZ, Heighty & Sugar

This morning it was raining outside when I went to visit the pups. I got their breakfast, then went to go outside. As soon as I opened the door, Sugar tried pushing her way in! She was not a fan of the rain. Bradford and Heighty came running when they heard me. They both huddled by the door, wanting in as well. Sugar would run out into the rain to chase off any birds that came by. I made sure most of their bowls were dry and under the roof, yet still spaced apart. They weren't real hungry at the moment, so at least their food should be dry when they are ready to eat. It was very cold out this morning as well, so ZZ stayed inside where it was warm and dry in their dog house.

Bella & Chico

This morning Chico zoomed out of his bed, and Bella out of hers. Chico got outside and was very quick about his business. It was quite chilly out! He came back inside and went to go hide in his bed to protect his bone. Miss Bella was having a blast outside. She was chasing after birds flying overhead. Then, she took a break to work on some breakfast. I got the pups each a little snack when it was time to go in. This afternoon it was very nice out. I closed their bedroom door behind us so Chico couldn't go run back to his bed. It was too nice to stay in! Bella and Chico came over by me for some attention when they weren't busy exploring. Chico had some fun running laps along the fence with the neighbor dog. I actually had to go get him when it was time to come in! Haha. This evening, the pups went out back to do their business. Chico was busy barking at the sounds of the neighborhood. Bella was off sniffing around the yard. When it was time, Chico raced in and went to his bed right away, to make sure and ward off Bella if she tried to sneak his bone! I got them each a bedtime snack.
