Rusty & Ruby

It was a chilly morning outside! I came in and let the girls out right away. They got a drink, while I got their food. They snacked a little here and there until it was gone. They roamed all over the place. When it was time, they ran inside behind me and the little white lady even went right in her bed for me! Next, it was time for the boys to go out. They were running so fast that sometimes their feet were slipping and not getting them anywhere! Haha. Ranger got his medicine and they gobbled down their breakfast. The boys were busy exploring all around the yard. They had fun with their ball a little after that as well. This afternoon I let Ruby out. Rusty was standing behind me with his ball in his mouth, ready to go! I went in and got the girls after Ruby did her business. All the pups had fun exploring. Rusty and I even got a little game of fetch in. When the girls went inside, Rusty and Ruby wanted in as well. Ruby went and stood by her bowl, wanting her dinner already! Haha silly girl. The boys came out to play for awhile after that. Ranger made me laugh. He was running and leapt onto the patio, but his legs didn't go down, so he plowed across the patio on his belly! He has to be one of the clumsiest pups I know! Haha!

Eddie & Butler

This afternoon was simply gorgeous outside! I let the boys out of their beds, then we made our way outside. I sat down and they surrounded me as usual. They said hi for a minute, then wandered off. They started out lounging on the patio for awhile. Then, the neighbor dog barked. All the relaxing was done after that! Butler was busy springing around along the fence. Eddie was right there with him, barking away. They started to get a little carried away, so I called them back inside.

Oscar

Today I opened the door and heard Oscar was on his way to greet me. He happily rubbed his face against my leg as we made our way to the door. He's such a happy guy! We went out and he immediately found a spot to crash in the grass for awhile. The neighbor was out, so he got up to go check that out. Then, he was barking at me to play! I grabbed his frisbee and tossed it to him. He actually let me have it back today! Haha. I threw it again and he raced to go catch it. He was jumping in the air for some catches today too. We had fun playing and chasing around on such a beautiful day! When he got tired, he lounged in the shade until it was time to head inside and get his treat.

Rusty & Ruby

This morning I let the girls outside right away. The boys were going crazy in their bed, they were so excited! The two little ladies worked on their breakfast, then went to do their business. The brown girl spotted those funny looking critters out there again today, and had to race over to check it out. Little white girl joined her after she finished eating. Later on, they found a tennis ball and were taking turns having fun and rolling it around! They went in, then it was the boys' turn out back. Ranger got his medicine, and they both ate for me. Charlie was zooming all over the place. I grabbed the tennis ball and threw it for them. They got carried away chasing each other and trying to steal it from another. I found a second one, and that really got them excited! They both were prancing around with a ball in their mouth. Then, one would decide that the other pup's ball must be better. They went back to chasing around and playing with just one at a time. Haha! This afternoon I let Ruby out and she raced outside. I had to go get lazy boy Rusty from the front room. Ruby did her business, then I got the girls out. They all were busy wandering all over the place. Rusty was checking out the grass by the fence, Ruby was up on the patio, and the girls were at opposite ends of the yard. When it was time, the girls wandered right inside for me. They're picking up on our routine pretty quick! The boys were more than ready to come out for their turns. Rusty and Ruby were ready to head inside by now. So, Charlie and Ranger had the whole yard to themselves. They had a blast chasing around with their tennis ball again!

Sadi & Stormy

This morning Stormy hopped down from her chair when I got in. She was following me all over the place today! I got Sadi up from her cozy spot in her bed. She got her nose cleaned up and took her morning meds. I got their food ready next. Both girls went to eat right away for me. Since Sadi was eating well today, I didn't give her the appetite stimulant, even though she could have gotten one today if needed. I fed her a syringe full of food as well, just for good measure. When we were done, her tummy was nice and full. She sat with me for awhile and got some pets afterwards.

Winston

Today I walked in and little Winston ran up to me to say hi. He was busy flirting with the cleaning girls today! Haha. Sounds like they were having fun. They were going on about just how stinking cute he is! :) I got him hooked up and we took a nice long walk today, while they were working. We wandered around the whole time, so we wouldn't be in their way. Winston checked out the grass and would pull me over to go sniff at different bushes. We saw a couple other pups out walking their humans this afternoon as well. When we got back home, Winston was all excited to go see his girlfriends again. Haha.

Eddie & Butler

This afternoon I let the boys out. They ran right out today. I went and sat down out there with them, and they came running over. They danced around me excitedly for a minute, then wandered off to do their thing. They were busy exploring around the fences today. Eddie was busy on one side, while Butler was at the back of the yard. I could see the neighbor dog out there, wandering around. Butler had brought me his tennis ball and left abruptly to go talk to the neighbor pup. So, I tossed it and he came bouncing back to get it. Haha. After a little while, the boys settled and lounged around.

Oscar

This afternoon my buddy met me at the door. I said hi, gave him his heiny scratches, then we wandered outside. He was being silly and kept walking back and forth under my legs. What a goofball! He let me take a peek at his ears, then he went to find a spot in the grass. He lounged around and enjoyed the beautiful weather. He would get up and check things out on the far end of the yard, then would plop back down to relax. We went in when it was time and he waited for his yummy snack.

Rusty & Ruby

This morning I let the ladies out first to do their business. While they were pottying, I got breakfast ready for everyone. I fed the girls and they both cleaned up their bowls. They ran around for a little while after they finished. The brown girl spotted the 5 big critters out in the pasture and had to go bark at them! Haha. White girl saw that and had to join in. When it was time, I got them inside and let the boys out for their turn. They got their breakfast and Ranger got his medicine. They kept swapping bowls between bites again. Must think the other dog's food tastes better! Haha. I grabbed the green ball outside and threw that for them. They had a blast chasing each other around trying to play keep away. When Charlie had it, he would try to include me and run by, just out of my reach. This afternoon I let Rusty and Ruby out. I made sure Ruby went potty, then brought the girls out as well. Everyone roamed around and explored for awhile. When it was time for the boys to come out, Rusty was ready to head in. Ruby stayed out for a little bit, but then she changed her mind. Ranger and Charlie had fun chasing around with their ball again. So silly!

Sadi & Stormy

This morning Stormy was sitting in the hallway. She gave me a low meow when she saw me coming. She quickly hopped up and wandered into the living room. Sadi was curled up on the floor in the food room. I picked her up to give her her medicine and clean her nose up. She sounded very good today, and her belly felt full. I cleaned up the floor next, since it was a bit of a mess. After I got some clean pads put down, I went to get their breakfast. Stormy got her dose of medicine quick, since I saw her sitting in the dining room. She came to eat with Sadi for a bit. Sadi ate very well this morning. She took a break and came by me for some pets and chin scratches. I put her by her bowl again and she ate some more for me.
