This morning I walked in and saw the gate was pushed over. I looked up, then I saw Abby! They all escaped! Haha. Penny was going crazy running laps around the house when she saw I was there. We had a couple boo boos while they were loose, so I worked on picking that up while they went outside. I brought all their things outside for them. We were supposed to have some storms today, but I decided to take a chance and let them stay out a bit, and would come back if need be. I was hoping they could spend a little time today out there at least. They actually got to spend all morning outside! When it started to sprinkle this afternoon, I went and put them all back inside quick. The new plan worked out well. When I returned this evening, all the pups were still in their places. Since they were cooped up for a bit, we headed outside right away. I sat out there with them, and they had extra time for potty breaks before bed. Mac was having fun showing off his toy that he was carrying around. Miss Penny was bouncing up and down at my legs a lot for attention, but then she settled down with a bone she found in the yard. Abby was exploring the yard, then she took a break to eat some dinner. Colty was my little snuggle bug tonight. He hopped up in my lap and sat with me until it was time to go in for the night.

Chica & Paco
This morning I walked in and saw the kitties got a little crazy while I was gone. Haha! The scratching post was laying on its side and toys were strewn about. Both Chica and Paco heard me come in and they lined up for attention. Paco was attached to my legs while I took care of their things. Miss Chica was lovey dovey today. She hopped up on the counter and wanted some pets and chin scratches. I got them a little more of their yummy canned food for a snack. Paco worked on that while I loved on Chica a bit. I got their kitty toys out and had them both chasing and pouncing and just having a blast! Paco is almost too for me. They both made me laugh, because they'd both grab on and not let go of their toy for awhile. Haha. While Paco was having fun playing, Chica took her turn to snack on some canned food. I have to keep an eye on little Paco when I leave. He thinks he wants to come along and makes a break for the door! I had to be sneaky today. Haha.

Mac, Abby, Colty & Penny
This evening I opened the door and four brown furry pups came racing inside and were all jumping up and down at my legs! Guess they were a little excited! They followed me to the living room and everyone was trying to get my attention. Penny was jumping up on my lap, Abby was sniffing at me, Mac was at my feet holding his toy, and Colty was also up by my lap. So many cute faces! Abby eventually went to lay on her spot on the back of the couch. I sat on the floor and Penny kept climbing in my lap to say hi. She sure has a lot of energy! Haha. One time, she jumped from the floor up onto my shoulder, then was trying to sneak kisses from behind my head. Colty came and snuggled with me awhile. I was able to toss Mac's toy a few times for him to fetch. They sure kept me busy. Penny kept wrestling around with Colty too. She knows how to keep those boys in line already. Haha. Later, I finally got everyone situated in their appropriate rooms and had them all set up for the night. We're gonna have some fun! :)
Rusty & Ruby
This afternoon I saw Rusty sitting in the chair in the living room when I walked in. I let Ruby out, then the pups lined up at the door. Rusty ran out and stretched his belly out on the grass. Ruby went and did her business, then came to see me for a little attention. I went inside to grab Rusty's ball for him. He caught it when I tossed it out for him. I think it was a little too warm for him to play today. Instead, he wandered around and explored the yard. Ruby was lounging on the patio, relaxing. Rusty did play fetch for a few throws today, but he got tired pretty quick. We headed in and he got a big drink. Ruby went to go sit in the front room.
Winston
This afternoon Winston slowly made his way out of the kitchen. He seemed to be acting a little bashful today! Haha. I got his leash on and we headed outside. We strolled around for awhile. I gave him some extra time to make sure he did all he needed to do. The sun was quite toasty today. Little man was panting by the time we went in. He still had tons of energy to play though! He was all about his orange monster today. We played tug with that for quite awhile. He was pulling with all his might! If I'd let go, he would stop his growling for a second. He'd walk over and put the toy right by my hand. "Here let me help... you're supposed to hang on while I pull, silly!" Haha. As soon as I moved the tiniest bit, he would start his talking again. He makes me laugh!
Eddie & Butler
This afternoon I let the boys out of their beds. Eddie ran into the living room and playfully grabbed his black Kong ball. Then, they both went outside. The boys then picked out their spots on the patio to lounge. After I sat down, they both came over and slathered me with kisses! Haha. There were lots of sounds of neighbors and people working outside today, so that kept Eddie and Butler busy. They were patrolling the fence and sniffing around, watching for any movement. They saw one neighbor working through the fence, so then they were getting pretty excited. Eventually, we headed inside to cool off a bit, before they had to go back to their beds.
Oscar
This afternoon I saw Oscar's heiny wiggling as soon as I cracked the door open. He stopped in front of me on our way to the back door, for some heiny scratches. He trotted along outside and we enjoyed the beautiful afternoon. Oscar found a spot to relax for awhile. He kept moving from place to place and rolling around in the grass. Silly boy! Then, he would lay flat out and soak up some sun. I tried to get him to play with some of his toys, but he wasn't interested. He just wanted to be lazy. I had to laugh when he wandered over and went to lay in the landscaping! Made for a cute pic though. Haha. Later we went in and we played for a couple minutes before his snack time.
Sadi & Stormy
This morning Stormy came to visit me in the kitchen. She was purring away as she made her laps back and forth between me and the table. I delivered their breakfast when it was ready. Sadi was in there already, taking a kitty nap next to their food dish. Stormy went to work on eating and Sadi got her morning meds. I let Sadi eat when she was done, while I went to work on the floors. Stormy followed me around for a bit, then went to lounge on her chair. She groomed her face, then just sat and watched me. Haha. When I was done, I went to go brush Sadi for awhile. This evening, I'm pretty sure Stormy was out lounging on her patio. I didn't see her in any of her other spots. Miss Sadi was sitting in the food room. I took her to her spot for her evening meds. She sounded clear tonight, once I got her cleaned up. She's such a good girl!
Daisy & Figaro
This morning I saw miss Daisy was getting a drink when I got there. She meowed at me, then let me know what she thought. Haha. She wandered off to go sit in her spot, while I got her some breakfast. I let her be to work on that and I went outside to visit with Figaro. I called for her, but didn't see her anywhere. The sprinklers were going, so I didn't have much hope that she'd show. Meanwhile, I decided to get her some more food and water. When I returned to the door, there was her cute little face, looking in at me! I got to meet the neighbor lady today while I was there. She did her thing, while I pet Figaro. She was very lovey this morning! Later, we had fun with her toy. She never seems to get bored of it! Haha. After we played, she worked on her food for a bit.

Chica & Paco
Today I saw Chica and Paco as I walked in. Paco came running over to see me! He's way too cute!! He was meowing and rubbing up against my legs as I walked around. I filled up their food dish and made sure they had enough water. I scooped their boxes next, and Mr. Paco decided he needed to use it right away. Haha. Chica would occasionally hiss at him when he would run over to her. He sure loves his new big sister. I got Chica a little bit of canned food and she hopped up on the counter. Paco wanted a little too, so I gave him a teeny bit as well. When we were done messing around with their things, it was time to play! I had a cat toy in each hand, and had them both jumping and chasing around. Once in awhile, Paco would sneak after Chica's toy, would grab it and run off with it! He's hilarious. Chica wasn't in too much of a lovey mood today. I gave her some chin scratches when she wanted them, but she was more interested in playing, or just keeping her distance from the little one. I laid down on the floor by him and he came over and was just rubbing his tiny face against mine the whole time. You picked another sweetheart. :)
