Sadi & Stormy

This morning I saw Stormy was lounging on a dining chair. She hopped down to join me in the kitchen, while I got breakfast ready. She followed along behind me when I went to take it to their room. Sadi was already sitting in there again this morning. I picked her up and gave her her meds, then the ladies sat and ate for a bit. Afterwards, the girls and I went to our spot. Sadi sat and purred away, loving up her chin scratches and brushes. Stormy loved on me a little, then wandered off to do her own thing. This evening Stormy was laying on the back of the couch. I got Sadi up, who was snoozing away on the bed, and gave her her meds. She was a little stuffy at first, but then once I cleaned her up she sounded good.

Cate, Carson & Angus

This morning it was very windy outside. We had some super strong winds overnight, but all appeared well at the house. I let the first two out for a bit. Angus was happy to get out for his turn when they had finished. Miss Bella was trying to sneak inside when I let him in. This evening the storms had finished and the sun came out again. Cate and Carson went to get a drink and take a potty break. I got them some fresh water, then got dinner ready for everyone. Cate was being her crazy self and was zooming around the dog room! Haha. They took another break outside to explore a little before it was time to come in again.

Rusty, Ruby & the kitties

This afternoon it was raining out when I got there. I saw Ruby was already out. She barked when I came in, then she and Rusty joined me outside. They quickly did their thing, then headed back in. Lance had come outside with us too. He didn't seem to mind the rain drops. Ruby wandered into the living room with a rawhide and relaxed. Rusty wanted a little attention. After awhile he went to relax in his chair.

Sadi & Stormy

This morning I got breakfast ready for the girls when I walked in. I took it to their room, and saw Sadi was up and standing on the bed. Stormy came running in to eat. She must have been out on the patio. We had some crazy wind last night, but things seemed ok at the house. I got Sadi her meds, then let her eat a bit. When she finished nibbling, we went out to the living room. She seemed like she wanted to wander, but eventually she just sat and enjoyed her pampering. Stormy came and brushed by me, then went to sit on her chair in the kitchen. This evening the girls were on the bed together. I heard Sadi sounded a bit stuffy... then I saw why! She had a huge goober hanging out. Haha. I got her cleaned up, then she sounded much better. At least she got it out!

Cate, Carson & Angus

This morning Cate and Carson went outside for awhile, while I cleaned up. Cate has done really well this week! Angus was crying a bit, telling me he wanted to go out as well. Once the other two returned, he got to roam out there awhile too. I saw miss Bella walking around the back. She must have been waiting for me to open the door. This evening Cate was dancing in her bed excitedly, ready to go out. She and big brother went out for a quick break while I got them fresh water. They came in and started on their dinner, while Angus took his turn. They all went out again afterwards. It was a bit hot out, so no one wanted to be out long.

Rusty, Ruby & the kitties

This afternoon Rusty got up when he heard me let Ruby out. She bolted out the doggie door, while Rusty followed me out the back. The pups had another beautiful day to lounge around outside! Lance came and snuggled by me for a bit. Then he went to lay in the grass along with Rusty. Ruby eventually wandered back inside. Rusty brought me his ball after he was done exploring, then we got a long game of fetch in.

This morning Stormy was chilling under the kid's table. She watched while I got their breakfast ready. She got up and ran ahead of me when she saw I had finished. Sadi was in their room, getting herself a drink. She must have stepped in the bowl by accident, because her leg was all wet! I got her her medicine right away, then let the girls eat, while I took care of the rest of their things. The girls joined me in the living room for some attention time after. Sadi got brushed and pet, while Stormy enjoyed some chin scratches.

Cate, Carson & Angus

This morning everyone was sleeping. I walked in and they all stared at me. As soon as I opened the door, they got all excited. Carson and Cate went outside for awhile. I checked on Bella's things, then let them in for Angus' s turn. This evening Cate was barking, ready for her dinner. I let those two out for a potty break, then got dinner ready. Angus went for his turn, and they all worked on eating. After another potty break for everyone, I tucked them in for the night.

This afternoon was gorgeous outside. I let Ruby out and she followed me to the backyard. I had called for Rusty, but he must have been napping. He eventually showed up and joined us. I sat on the patio while the pups wandered around. Lance came and brushed up against my back. He rolled around and got pet for awhile. Rusty was happy to be outside! He just laid in the grass and soaked up the sun.

This morning Stormy met me in the kitchen and started rubbing on the cabinets. She waited while I got their breakfast ready. Miss Sadi was snoozing away on mom's bed. I got her up while Stormy was eating, to give her her meds. I set Sadi down for her turn, but she wasn't interested at the moment. I carried her out to our spot and set her down for a brushing session. She sat and purred away the whole time. Stormy sat with us and she kept talking to me. She would walk around and rub up against my back. When we were done, Sadi was ready to eat. This evening the girls were curled up together on the bed. I got Sadi up to clean her up and give her the evening round of medicine.
