Today the boys were all at the door to greet me. I came inside and got their lunches ready right away. All three quickly polished off their dishes, so then they were able to go out to do their business. The boys were more concerned with what I was doing at first, rather than going out to play. I saw mom's note about the muddy yard. Noah was a good boy and stayed clean. Noah had to lead the pack to the fence to say hi when the neighbor came out. Then, they slowly wandered back for more attention from me. Henry was ready to go back inside pretty soon. We all headed in and I wiped their paws just in case. I had Harper kissing my face while I was trying to do that! Haha. Noah and Harper were both being silly inside and would hop on the couch and sit behind me. Henry was busy sitting on his hind legs by the counter, wanting some treats! At one point, I had all three laying down and giving me pouty faces for snacks. They crack me up!

Rusty, Ruby & the kitties
Today Rusty and Lance both wandered into the kitchen to see me when I got there. I let Ruby out, then the pups and I headed outside. It was very nice out today. Ruby didn't stay out long, then she wandered back in. Rusty was busy exploring, so I went in to visit Lance a bit. He was already after my toes, just walking in, so I went to find his toy right away! I had him hopping and jumping around after that, while the pups relaxed on the couch. I took Rusty back outside later to play, but he was busy just exploring again, and wouldn't bring his ball over.
Pokey
This morning I found Pokey sleeping on the pillow on the girl's bed. He sat up and looked at me. I sat on the floor for a minute, then he came running over to see me. After we visited quick, he went outside for a bit. I checked to make sure the crab had some water while I waited. Once he came in, we sat in our chair and he snuggled in my lap. This afternoon it was very nice outside. We spent quite awhile out there. Pokey was busy exploring and wandering about the yard. He almost didn't want to go back in! This evening Pokey barked as I walked in. He was lounging on the back of the chair in the living area. He hopped down and followed me to the back door. It was starting to get a little chilly out, so he didn't spend too long doing his thing. When he was done, we visited for a bit. I made sure he had plenty of food and water for the rest of the night.
Eisley & Indy
This morning the pups met me at the door when I came in. They were excited to see me... or just excited for breakfast! Haha. Eisley kept looking up at where the food was, then back at me. The kiddos both ate all their food for me. Indy ran outside when he was finished, to go explore. It was much nicer out already. I got Eisley her cookie, then tossed one outside for him too. He wandered in shortly after that, crunching on the last little bite. This evening the Indy was right at the door to see me again. This time, Eisley was barking and standing over by the food. She knew what I was there to do. They licked their dishes clean, then came by me for a little attention. We could hear something like a dog barking outside. That sent both pups out to the back to check it out. When I walked outside to leave, I could tell what it was. It was an owl! Then, it flew right overhead. He was a big guy!
Jack & Tigger
Jack was meowing for me again when I arrived today. I let him out and got him a little food to start with. He worked on that, so I got him some fresh water and adjusted blinds and curtains. Since he was still eating, I went to see Tigger for a bit. She was hungry too! I got her some food to start on, while I scooped her box. She came and sniffed at me a little. After she got some fresh water, I went to see Jack. He was roaming around, but when he saw me he meowed loudly. He climbed up in my lap to be pet for awhile. I had to put him down again because he kept getting his claw stuck on my pants, and I didn't want him to get hurt. He didn't care, as long as I was still petting him! Eventually we headed back to his room and I got him some more food.
Sophie & Roxy
Today the girls were up and at the gate, watching for me. It was much nicer out! They raced inside to say hi. I filled their dishes, then we went to the living room. The girls each picked a side and hopped up next to me. They got a little attention quick, then went to go eat right away. Roxy sat on her chair for awhile afterwards, and Sophie was sprawled across my lap, swimming with her legs in the air. Haha! Roxy eventually moved to mom and dad's bed to relax. Later, I went to fill their bowl outside, then got the girls their snacks for the day.

Sophie & Roxy
Today the girls were all snuggled in their cozy house when I arrived. As soon as I opened the door, they came running out to see me. We said hi for a few minutes, then I got them each a quick snack. After I sat down, the girls hopped up on either side of me and were attacking me with kisses! Sophie was going crazy, sliding from one end of the couch, across my lap and to the other, then pushing all the pillows off! She kept getting down, then would plop herself right in my lap. Silly girl! They both took a break from the excitement to eat their dinners. Then they returned, for more attention. They would both paw at me at the same time, "Pet me! No pet me first!" (Even though I was already petting them both. Haha!) When it was time, they headed outside and got another snack.
Pokey
This morning I came in and didn't hear Pokey when I called for him. I started looking around for him, then finally spotted him at the top of the stairs. He came down and went outside to do his business. Pokey didn't stay out long, since it was cold and very windy out this morning! He came inside and we snuggled up on the chair for awhile. The house was creaking from the wind. This afternoon the rain had stopped, so Pokey spent a little longer outside this time. He explored a little while, then came inside to visit with me. This evening I could hear Pokey barking when I walked in. This time, I found him in the purple room on the bed. He hopped down and climbed into my lap for a bit while we said hi. Then, he hopped up and was ready to go outside. Pokey wandered around for awhile. He came in and snuggled up with me again. He would nuzzle my hand with his nose, so I would keep petting him. Pokey went outside once more before bed.
Oreo & Stuffs
This evening Oreo was right at the door to see me. He followed me into the kitchen and rubbed his chin on my jeans, while I got them a fresh can of food. I heard Stuffy come down and he sat in between the kitchen and the living area to watch. The boys both met me in our spot when I was finished with their things. Stuffy sat just far enough out of reach. Oreo sat right next to me and enjoyed being pet for awhile. I got Stuffy to come sit close enough so I could scratch his chin a bit too. Oreo wandered off to go eat some more before I left.
Eisley & Indy
This morning was cold and very windy outside. When I arrived, both pups were warm and cozy in the garage. Indy ran right up to me and was saying his hellos. Eisley was busy trying to tell me she was ready for breakfast! I got their food ready, while they waited. They both ate well, so I gave them their snacks when they finished. Indy took his outside to eat. Miss Eisley stayed and visited with me a little when she finished her cookie. Later, Indy came in for a few more pets before I left. This evening, I got inside and it took a few minutes before the pups ran in to greet me. The rain had stopped for awhile. I fed them their dinners, which they both finished quickly. As soon as Indy was done, he took off out the door and was busy playing in the yard. Eisley soon followed and neither came back in for awhile.
