This morning the pups all zoomed out the door when I opened it. I think Miss Panda was the one barking the loudest until they saw me! It was a bit chilly out this morning. I got out a few toys and threw them for the pooches. Panda was all about the baseball this time. Any time Bubba even had a chance to get it, she would just have to look at him and he'd drop it. I think I know who rules the roost! She would snag the toy up and prance away, "C'mon n' get it! Teehee". That's what I imagined her saying. Haha. I finally got Bubba interested in fetching his Kong toy, then Miss Molly was ready to join in the fun. She ran and got it and was shaking the toy all about. Silly ladies! This afternoon it had warmed up a bit, so we spent a longer time playing outside. Panda was content with her toy, and Molly was busy exploring, so Bubba got plenty of fetch time in! This evening we played awhile outside again. It was still pretty comfortable out. Bubba played fetch with whatever toy Panda wasn't carrying around. Molly would be by me for some attention, or off in the dark, checking things out. I heard Molly barking, so I went to check on her at the front of the house. I couldn't tell what it was that she was seeing, but I saw something light colored running in the front yard. My guess is a deer. It took a minute, but I got the girls to come back inside. Bubba was a very good boy and didn't leave my side. The pups all got their cookies for bedtime, while I got them some fresh food and water.

Rusty, Ruby & the kitties
Today Rusty met me in the kitchen, with his red ball, all ready to go! Ruby had a booboo in her cage, so I let her out and cleaned that up quick. I joined the pooches outside, while they did some exploring. After a little while, I went in to play with Lance. He was sitting in the kitchen, on his haunches, batting his front legs at the air. He was ready for play time! He always makes me laugh. Later, I took Rusty outside so he could play some fetch. At one point, I looked behind me. I laughed so hard! Lance was sitting in the window watching us, like he usually does. However, this time he was literally sitting in the turtle cage, with his front paws casually hanging out over the sides. That crazy cat! Haha!

Tux, Molly & Panda
This evening I opened the door and all three pups came running out. They were all so full of energy! Even Bubba was bouncing circles around me in excitement. After they all sniffed at me and got their hello pets, they ran off to go do their business. We went in so I could close things up for the night. Then, we went back out to play a bit. I grabbed down their rope toys. I went to throw one, not knowing that Panda had already latched on! Needless to say, she just took that one and ran off. Haha! Then, the girls went chasing around like crazy. Bubba hung out in the distance, waiting for me to throw the other toy for him. We got a little fetch in, in between Panda stealing the ball away. She's so silly. Later, we headed inside so they could calm down and get ready for bed. The girls sat with me for some attention. Eventually, Panda and Bubba both curled up in their beds. Molly got every last bit of attention she could!

Pokey
Today I could hear Pokey barking when I walked in, but couldn't see him. I walked towards the back door and saw him in the living area. He didn't want to come by me at first, so I walked outside and left the door open for him to follow. He did, and once he got outside I think he remembered me. He came running over and crawled in my lap! He snuggled with me for a little bit, then wandered off. He explored and checked things out around the yard. Pokey would come back to visit me for a few back scratches now and again. It was so nice out today! We spent the whole time outside enjoying the sunshine.

Tux, Molly & Panda
This morning I just opened the door and the gang ran outside! They all had to sniff at me first, of course. Once I was cleared, they all ran off to do their business. I got out a toy and suddenly Panda was right at my side. She was ready to play! She took the first one. I tossed the baseball one out to Bubba. Panda zoomed over to him and he would just drop it, then she would steal it away. Such a gentleman to share! Miss Molly was stuck to my hip, wanting her pets most of the time. She's such a sweetie. Occasionally, she would take off to go steal a toy. Miss Panda had Bubba chasing after her for quite awhile. She would steal his favorite toy and they would both zoom past me in one direction, then later would go running the other way. That made me laugh. I turned on their TV so they could watch some Animal Planet before I left. Meerkat Manor was on. Haha! This afternoon we spent the whole time playing outside. I got all the toys out and we all had fun chasing around. I would throw one toy, then it was a race to see who would get it! Many of the times, Panda would give up one toy to go for the one that was just thrown. So, that allowed Bubba to get plenty of fetch time in with his favorite two toys! The girls spent some time chasing after each other and tugging on a rope toy. Eventually, we went in so they could get a drink and relax.
Rusty, Ruby & the kitties
Today Rusty was ready to go, waiting in the kitchen for me with his purple ball. He must have given up on trying to find the red one for today. He just wanted to play some fetch! I let Ruby out and we all headed outside for awhile. It was very nice out today. Rusty and I played a long game of fetch. I think he would have continued, but I made him take a break for a bit to cool off. We went in to go see Lance. He was in a snuggly mood today! He curled up on my lap for awhile and was happy to be pet. Once Rusty began prancing around with his ball, ready for round two, then Lance started getting playful. He kept trying to swat at Rusty when he would come by!
Sadie & Stormy
This morning I got breakfast ready for the ladies. I walked into the bedroom and found them both snuggled up by their bed under the window. I took Sadi in to get her medicine. She got the yellow pill in addition again this morning. Then, I put her down by the food while I scooped out their box and switched out their bowls. She chowed down again for awhile. When she was finished, we headed to the living room. Sadi was happy to be brushed again. Stormy sat nearby, curled up in a ray of sunlight shining in. I called her to come over, so she did for a bit and enjoyed a few chin scratches.

Tux, Molly & Panda
This evening the pups started barking when they heard me at the door. I walked in and they all had to check me out. We headed outside right away for a quick potty break. I grabbed the softball toy and tossed it for Bubba, but miss Panda stole it right away! We headed back in so they could get their snacks. When they finished, we visited and they sniffed at me a bit more. Molly remembered me and barely left my side. She wanted her attention! Later, we went back out to play awhile. Since Panda had the good ball, I threw the other one to try and get her to switch. Nope! She was wise to my trickery. Haha! She kept playing "keep away" with me too. She would run up to me, then race away if I tried to grab it. Sneaky girl! So, I got out Bubba' s squeaky Kong toy to throw around. Panda came from somewhere, swooped in and stole that too. Poor guy couldn't catch a break. Then Molly intervened. It was musical toys! They all kept stealing a toy from one another. They had me cracking up. Finally, the girls were busy chasing around, so Bubba and I got some fetch time in. Later, we headed back inside for the night.
Rusty, Ruby & the kitties
Today I heard Ruby let out a little bark when I walked in. She and Rusty were coming to check out who was home. I was going to take them outside right away, but Ruby took a little convincing. She kept running down the hallway. I checked around to make sure she didn't have any accidents anywhere. She did good! I finally got her to come out with us. She roamed a little then went back in. I don't think she was a big fan of the crazy wind today. Rusty was trying to look for his ball. He would run to a spot, then would look back at me, "Am I getting warmer?". He never did find it today. After we went in to play with Lance awhile, he finally decided to settle for the purple ball. Ruby enjoyed a belly rub while the kitty played.
Harper, Henry & Noah
I had three noses trying to peek out the front door at me as I cracked it open! I squeezed inside and they were so excited to see me. I let everyone outside quick, so they could get a potty break in. Instead, they all stood and watched me. Haha! So, we headed back in for them to eat their lunch. Henry went and showed me which container was his. He stood by that and his bowl. Such a cutie! Everyone polished off their bowls pretty quick. We went back outside again for them to play. They were full of the dickens today! They kept trying to wrestle around with each other, so I had to try and calm them down. I'm not sure what they were so excited about. Maybe the crazy wind today had them all worked up! When we got inside again, I gave them a few minutes and they settled down again.
