Oreo & Stuffy

Today I came in and got the boys their yummy snacks. No one had come to see me yet, so I went to scoop their box quick. When I finished, I went to see what they were up to. Both boys were in the bedroom lounging. Stuffy was on the bed and Oreo was on the seat by the window. I headed to the living room after I said hi, but I guess the boys were comfy where they were at. Haha. I went back in by them. Oreo was not really wanting my attention. He was too busy looking out the window. He would give me a sassy meow whenever I would pet him. So, I just sat by him awhile. Eventually, he got up and went to go eat. I gave Stuffy some chin scratches. Then, Oreo came back in and started to rub against my legs. He decided he was ready for some attention now! I walked to the kitchen area, then he went running to our spot. I sat with him and he rubbed his face on my hands for a little bit.

Rusty, Ruby & the kitties

Today Rusty met me in the kitchen, then wandered off to find his ball. I let Ruby out and she zoomed out of her bed. She had a booboo in there, so I cleaned that up, while the pups went outside. I went out with them when I was done. Rusty laid down his ball, then rolled around in the grass next to it. I tried to get him to bring it to me, but he was having more fun rolling around in the sunshine. Ruby went in, so I followed. Mr. Lance was ready to play! I picked up his toy and he was already jumping after it. He would bounce up in the air like it was nothing! He did flips and somersaults after his mouse, sometimes picking it up and trying to run off with it. Haha. Ruby got a little excited and did her race from room to room. She eventually went outside to roam around. Rusty was begging me to play with him, so we went outside and played some fetch, until it was time to go.

Today Rusty met me in the dining room, prancing around and showing off his red ball. I let Ruby out and we all headed outside so they could do their business. Ruby raced inside when she was finished. Brrr! It's cold out today! We went in and Lance was headed towards me, doing a big stretch. He hopped up on my lap when I sat down. He loved on me a bit, then he started to get playful! Lance would jump at the strings on my sweatshirt, swat at them, then randomly tackle my leg. Haha. I went with him to find his toy, so he wasn't nibbling on me. I said hi to Salem, since she was lounging on the bed. Lance grabbed onto his mouse and "walked" me back to our spot. That was hilarious! He wrestled around and chased his toy for awhile. Ruby, surprisingly, spent some time wandering outside. Rusty kept coming by me for some attention. He and I went outside for a bit to throw his ball around. We didn't play too long, since I wanted him to take it easy after his surgery.

This afternoon the pups were both barking when I walked in. Maybe they were thinking I was someone else! I let Ruby out and then we all headed outside. They did their business, then Ruby raced inside. It was cold out today. Rusty was busy exploring, and wasn't wanting to play at the moment. I headed in to see Lance and Ruby. Lance and I played with his mouse toy for a bit. He kept rolling around, getting all tangled up in it, yet was having a blast! I sat on the floor by him, then Rusty came back in. He was wiggling his heiny, all excited. That got Ruby going, then I had all three vying for my attention. I got the pups all riled up, which sent miss Ruby racing about the house! That made me laugh. She would get down on her front legs, then would zoom off to the other room. Later, Rusty and I went outside to play a little fetch. We came back in again and the pups curled up on the couch. Lance was now in a snuggly mood, rubbing up against me for attention and just purring away.

Iris, Panda, Phoebe & Boo

This morning I walked in and Iris was talking to me. I opened her door, then went to let Panda out. I noticed he had decided to give his towel a bath in his water bowl. Haha. I led them outside, then dried up his bed and got him a dry towel. Phoebe and Boo went out afterwards. I gave Phoebe her antihistamines.  Everyone started working on their breakfast once they got back inside. At lunch time, I let the first two out. They spent a bit longer outside, since it was nice out. Panda eventually retuned, but Iris stayed out longer. She was rolling around on the patio again, barking in enjoyment! Boo and Phoebe went out next. Phoebe laid on the patio awhile to soak up some sunshine. Boo was busy exploring around the yard. At dinner time, everyone took their potty breaks. They spent a few extra minutes enjoying the outdoors, then all returned. At bedtime, Panda headed out, while Iris was slowly stretching and getting up. She wandered out and did her business. They came back inside and I sent the girls out for their turn. I got them all some fresh water for bedtime. Miss Phoebe got another dose of Benadryl before bed, since she was still very itchy.

This morning I walked in and everyone was snoozing. They started waking up one by one. I let Panda and Iris out for their morning potty break. I started to get everyone their breakfast and a fresh bowl of water. Panda came in, wiggling his heiny at me. Iris took a couple more minutes, then she came wandering in as well. The girls went out for their turn and returned pretty quick. At lunch time the first two went out. Panda was first to come back. He had thrown up some food on his bed again, so he stood and pawed at my legs while I cleaned his bed and got him a new towel. He went in and snuggled up right away. Iris was still outside, so I went to check on her. She was lounging on the patio, soaking up some sunshine! She rolled around a bit to itch her back. I let her take her time to enjoy it. When she was ready to come in, I let the other two out. Phoebe did the same and lounged on the patio a bit too. It sure was nice out! Boo was busy exploring about the yard. At dinner time, the pups took their turns outside. Since it was nice out, some of the neighbors were out working on their yards. When the one next door was working on his fence, the pups made sure to go say hi! This evening Iris was busy talking to me like she usually does when I come in! She and Panda went out first, while I got them some water. Panda came in all excited. Iris came in shortly after and stood at her bed. She won't go in without her bedtime pets first! I found that out pretty quick. :) Phoebe and Boo went out for a short potty break before bed. Boo hung around in the grooming area and was checking out the boxes when she was done. I walked in there and she gave me her stare down. Then, she came racing for me! She stopped for a heiny scratch before she made her way to her bed for the night.

This morning everyone was sleeping when I walked in. Boo was in a deep sleep and was still snoring away after I had turned the lights on! Panda and Iris got up to go on their potty break first. Phoebe and Boo went out next, while I finished getting everyone breakfast and fresh water. At lunch time, Iris spent awhile outside. Panda had thrown up some food again, so he wandered around the dog room, while I cleaned up his bed and got him a new blankie. The girls then took their turn outside and spent a little while out there as well. At dinner time, everyone took a potty break again. Iris came back in and was sniffing around the grooming area. Panda came in and was checking out some things in the dining room. I let Pheobe out and she pawed at my legs for for a few pets, while I tried to coax Boo out. She was just being a silly girl! This evening the first two went out when I arrived. As Panda was coming out, he stepped into his water dish, then sploosh! All the water dumped into his bed. I let them go do their business, while I dried it up and got him a new towel. He had returned and was pawing at me, while I did that. Haha! It was time for the other girls to go out. Boo was doing her silly game again, waiting for me to coax her out. Then, she would zoom out of her bed. Phoebe came back in, so I went to check on Boo. Boo came racing inside, then all the way to her bed. She had some energy to spend I guess! She's so silly.

Sadi & Stormy

This morning I got breakfast ready, then headed to the girl's room. I saw Stormy was snuggled up on mom's bed again today. I walked into their room and Sadi was just sitting there. I still think she is a bit out of sorts. I put the food down and she began to eat, so I gave her time to finish. When she was done, it was time for her meds. She had more discharge to clean off her little nosey today, but once I got it off, she didn't seem to be too congested. I bet that felt better. I put her in her box quick, but she didn't need to use it. She followed me for a little bit, but stopped in the bedroom, where she sat for a few minutes. I took her to the living room with me. She was very happy to have a long brushing session! She purred away the whole time. Stormy passed by at one point, but didn't stay to visit me.

This morning I let Iris and Panda out for their potty break. Panda returned quickly, and hung out with me for a couple minutes, as we waited for Iris. I found her wandering around in the grooming area. Silly girl. They came back in and were ready for breakfast. I opened the doors for the other two. Boo was not wanting to go out again. Pheobe started making her way out, so I followed along to make sure she got outside. Phoebe came back inside when she was done. Then, Boo was finally ready for her turn. Goofy lady! At lunch I let the first two out. Iris wandered around in the backyard for awhile, enjoying another nice afternoon. Pheobe and Boo went out when it was their turn. Phoebe came back in, but no Boo. I walked to the grooming area and saw Boo was hanging out in there. She stopped in her tracks when she saw me looking, then she came happily running towards me. She cracks me up. At dinner time, Panda and Iris went out for their potty break. They were goofing around in the grooming area a bit. Phoebe and Boo went out when the other two got settled back in their beds. Boo came racing inside, being silly again. This evening the first two made their rounds outside. They came in and hung out with me for a few minutes, while I got them some fresh water. Phoebe and Boo did the same when it was their turn.

Today I let Ruby out of her bed. She ran to the living room, while Rusty came to see me. I called for her a couple times, then she came out with us. Ruby ran around for a minute, then stood in the yard and just looked around. She eventually scooted back inside. Rusty was busy exploring. He took his ball to the grass and did a big stretch. That turned into rolling around in the grass, having fun. Chloe came wandering up to the fence. She was curious what that silly pup was doing! Rusty sat next to the fence and she moved her head down to check him out. Then, she got spunky and pranced away. Haha! Rusty and I headed inside. Lance was on the rug by the door, doing a few stretches too. We went to the living room. I didn't see his toy there, so I went down the hall. It was laying in the bedroom, so I went to get it. I saw Miss Salem relaxing on the bed. Lance and I played a bit, before the pups and I went back outside. Rusty and I got a few more throws of his ball in for today.
