Jerrie & Kimmie

This morning Kimmie was snuggled up in her same spot, yet again. Jerrie was sitting on the floor in between all the couches. After I finished taking care of their things, he had moved up to the back of the couch. I gave him his pill quick, then we headed to their room. Kimmie didn't come down to see me again, so I gave her a few pets where she was. Jerrie had come in and hopped on the desk. After I sat on the floor, he quickly came over by me. He laid down and relaxed as I brushed and pet him awhile. Later, he wandered off to do something else.

Cate, Carson & Bella

This morning Cate and Carson were happy to go out after they woke up. I gave them plenty of time to do their business and get a drink. Later, I had them come in and let the other girls out for their turns. Cate was being a hyper girl, zooming all over the room, before she headed to her bed. I brought Sassy out and put her drops in, before she went outside. All the pups were happily awaiting their snacks before I left. This evening Cate ran all over the place, then followed Carson outside. They spent a bit out there, as I got dinner ready. Since they all were eating, I went to check on Bella again. She rubbed up against my legs, while I got her some food and water. Sassy and Gracie took their turns outside, then Cate and Carson went out again. When I gave Gracie her bedtime treat, it plopped on her head. She sat there for a minute, before she finally shook it down and ate it! Haha.

Sophie & Roxy

Today the girls both popped out of their cozy bed when they heard me open the door. They came bouncing inside, excited to see me! I wiped off their paws, then got them some food. Roxy ran off to the living room and hopped on the couch. I went to sit with her. Sophie was busy eating her food. Roxy made me laugh, because she kept looking around at the ceilings and walls, searching for that red dot! Haha. Later, Sophie came and jumped up on my lap. She snuggled with me a bit, while Roxy curled up on her chair. I got the girls each a cookie. Eventually, they went back outside. It was so nice out today!

Jerrie & Kimmie

This morning Kimmie was in her same spot. Jerrie was still on the couch, but sitting on the back of it instead today. I gave him his pill quick, then went to tend to their things. Jerrie followed along to the front room again. He laid next to me and enjoyed being pet and brushed for a bit. It was cloudy at the moment. But, when the sun came out, Jerrie left me to go sit in his sunshine. Haha! Kimmie wasn't feeling like coming down to see me today, so I gave her a few pets where she was at.

Gracie, Emma, Molly & the kitties

This morning Henry and Smudge were sitting in the dining room, waiting for me. I said hi to them quick, the let Molly and Emma out. I got Gracie out of her bed and took her out for a walk. I noticed her little tail was wagging, so I stopped to pet her. Suddenly, I realized she had finally accepted me! She started bouncing around and acting like a happy pup. We got a long walk in, then headed home. When we got there, she went crazy! Gracie jumped and ran and bounced all over the place. I fed all the girls in the dining room. Gracie kept running behind my legs in between bites, for a quick pet. This afternoon I let the older gals out first. I had Gracie come out of the bedroom to visit. She went crazy again! She zoomed around the kitchen and was just being such a happy girl. That made me smile. She was like a different dog! I sat on the floor in the living room and she came to snuggle up next to me awhile. She took a snooze as I pet her. Henry wandered over and crawled in my lap. Meanwhile, I was being entertained, watching Smudge play with a tennis ball. I let Gracie have the afternoon outside again since it was another beautiful day. This evening Gracie came inside and was being silly, racing circles around me. I let the other pups have a potty break before dinner. I tucked the girls in their beds and gave them their treat.

Cate, Carson & Bella

This morning there was a lot of snoring coming from the dog room! Haha! I turned on the light, and they all quietly got up. They were still pretty sleepy. Cate and Carson got to spend awhile outside. While they were busy, I cleaned up and gave the girls their meds. Sassy sure takes her eye medicine like a champ! When it was their turn, I let Sassy and Gracie have their turn outside. They're getting pretty good about going out, without too much encouragement. Everyone got their yummy cookies when they came back inside. This evening Cate and Carson went outside awhile, as I got dinner ready. They came back in and all the pups ate their dinner. While they ate, I went to see Bella. I scooped her box and got her some more food and water. She was busy rubbing up against my legs. I went back by the pups and let Sassy and Gracie out for their potty breaks.

Flax

This morning Flax was sleeping very soundly. He was in such a deep sleep, that he didn't even wake up when I first touched him! Kinda scared me for a second. Then, he sat up and looked at me. Boney was all snuggled up with him. Flax's cheek is starting to look pretty good. I got the boys their breakfast and some fresh water. Then, I opened up a snack for Flax to work on. This afternoon the boys were both lounging outside. Flax was in the grass in the shade, enjoying the nice day! I went over and sat with him a bit. Boney started to meow at me, and made his way over. Flax rolled to his side and enjoyed some belly rubs. Boney tried to help and walked next to Flax and rubbed up against him. Those two are so cute. This evening Flax barked at me in the dark garage, until I got the light on. I saw he had scratched his sore open, so I went in to get the ointment. As I opened the door, I was surprised to be greeted by Boney! He must have snuck in while the nanny was here. Naughty kitty! When I came back out, he was laying on his back in between my shoes. He had his paws in the air, ready to grab any feet that came his way! Haha. I got the boys their dinners. Boney went right by Flax's bowl and sat there to wait for me to fill it. He didn't even care that I opened him a new can of cat food. Haha.

Jerrie & Kimmie

This morning Kimmie was lounging on top of the kitty tower when I walked in. I said hi to her, then headed inside. Jerrie was all curled up on the couch. I gave him his pill real quick, before he could think about it. Haha. I got them some food and water, and cleaned their boxes. I grabbed the brush and headed to their room. Jerrie was now sitting next to the couch, and he followed along. Kimmie hopped down and came over for a few quick pets. Jerrie wandered in and found himself a spot where the sun was shining in. So, I went and sat by him and brushed him a bit. Eventually, both kitties wandered off. I guess they didn't want much attention for today. I bet they will want more tomorrow!

Flax

This morning the boys were awake, but snuggled up on their bed. Boney helped me get breakfast ready, then waited for me to return with their water. Flax was comfy where he was. I came over and pet him awhile. Boney joined us and playfully swatted at strings on my jacket. This afternoon was so nice out! Flax was lounging in the front yard in the shade, while Boney was soaking up some sun in the driveway. I pet Flax a bit, then sat by Boney too. He rolled around and was being a silly kitty. He would prop himself up against my shoes, then would use his front paws to swat at the air. I went back by Flax again to pet him. He leaned back and groaned. Guess he was enjoying that! This evening Flax was wandering around, and he followed me in. He curled up on his bed as I got their dinner. Boney was all up in his bowl as I was trying to get the canned food out. I told Flax he better get up and eat before Boney ate all the good stuff! Haha!

Diesel & Odin

This morning the boys came running to the gate to see me. They surrounded me once I got in, and got some attention. After I said my good mornings, we made our way to their house. The boys lined up and were ready for their breakfast. They scarfed down their food within a couple minutes. I got them each a cookie, then we went outside. Odin kept coming over and would lean up against me for some attention. I think Diesel was a little jealous! He kept squeezing in between us. Then, he was messing around with Odin, play wrestling. Those boys! This evening Odin was up by the gate when I arrived. Diesel came wandering down the driveway to say hi too. I got them their dinners. Odin must not have been very hungry. He kept looking up at me, and then after a little while he started to eat. He stopped when there was just a little left. Diesel made a pass for his bowl and got there before I could stop him. He finished off the last couple kibbles. There was no stopping him! We went outside and they followed along while I checked their water. In between their wrestling around, they would come over for a little attention.
