Coco, Mia & Daisy

Mia was bouncing up and down when I came in this morning, and was so excited she almost knocked me over! I let her go outside while I got the kitty food and her breakfast together. I found Coco sleeping on one of the shelves in the closet and Daisy was in the office curled up in one of the kitty beds. The cleaning ladies came in while I was there. I accidently tripped over the vacuum cord and unplugged it on her! Oopsie! haha. This afternoon Coco had moved to the couch. She ate a bunch for me! Daisy was still in the office, but she eventually came out and followed me around. She helped herself to some lunch while I was there as well. Mia didn't want to come inside for me at first, but she did when I tried again. Since she came in, we went for a nice long walk! When we got back home, she nibbled on a little bit of lunch for me while I sat with her. I put the rest outside for her so she could work on it later if she wanted. We sat outside together for a little while before it was time to go.

Dakota & Benny

It was a slightly breezy, chilly day out, but that didn't bother Kota and Benny! We took our usual long walk today. It was a pretty quiet day again, with not a whole lot happening as we went along. We did have a flock of birds fly out of a tree that we had just walked under. Kota and Benny both stopped to watch, then tried to jump up in the air as if they'd reach up and grab one! Benny talked to his neighborhood friends as usual today. When we got home, he was pretty tired out. He crashed on the rug by the back door and was ready for a nap!

Toby, Tyson & Morgan

This afternoon Toby was comfortable curled up on his bed and wasn't about to move to say hi. I went in by Morgan and pet him a little bit while I called Toby. Tyson came wandering out of the bedroom and started rolling around on my feet! Toby heard me laughing, so he came flying out of the bedroom to see what was going on. I let him go outside to play in the backyard. Tyson hopped up on the counter to wait for his sink to be turned on! After I got it going, he just stuck his whole head under it and didn't even care! What a silly kitty! Afterwards, I went outside to play with Toby. I tossed a little stick for him, and boy did he tear it to shreds! When he was done in the backyard we came in and wrestled around with his big squeaky dog toy. Tonight I had to wake Mr. Sleepyhead up! I turned on the light and he had squinty eyes, but not for long! He zoomed out of bed and was ready to go play outside. As we were walking to the door, he even ran back at me and gave me a playful shove! Silly boy! Tyson came over to the sink for his "waterfall". I turned it on and he just let it run down his head while he caught it with his foot! Toby was busy outside running as fast as he could with the neighbor dogs, down the fenceline in the darkness. While Toby ate his supper I sat and pet Morgan, who started to tell me a little story! When Toby was finished with his dinner, we chased and wrestled around with his big dog toy again!

Coco, Mia & Daisy

Mia was bouncing up and down with joy when she saw me coming to the door! I gave Mia her breakfast, but she was more excited to get outside. I let her out and fed the kitties. This morning Coco was still curled up in her blanket on the bed. She woke up and started eating right away! She's been eating much better this time. Daisy was following me around, so we played some more with her pink toy. She sure loves that! This afternoon Mia didn't want to come inside. Too nice out! I noticed that she had eaten almost all of her breakfast after I left this morning. Daisy was sleeping on top of the couch in the other room, so I sat and pet her for a bit. Coco had moved to the couch in the bedroom since I last saw her. While she was eating, miss Daisy came wandering over for some more attention. When Coco was finished she climbed into the window to soak up some sun. Later, I went outside by Mia who was enjoying the cool air in the nice warm sun herself! Tonight I let Mia back inside. I think she would've stayed out all night if I'd let her! She was doing her "woo-wooing" at me the whole time, telling me she wanted her walk! After I got Coco eating her dinner, we did go for one. Mia was soooo happy! When we got back she went back outside for a bit while I pet Coco. Coco was just so comfy curled up in her blankie, enjoying her little chin rub. Daisy came to check out what we were doing, so she got a little one too. When I went back in the living room, I jingled her little feather toy. She heard it from wherever she was! She came quietly creeping down the hallway to sneak up on it! Mia came back in and got a few bedtime treats.

Sammy, Molly, Gracie, Couper & Roly Poly

Today the pups were all gathered at the door already as I was unlocking it! They all hopped up and down at my legs to say hello. I found another toy DOA today... his stuffing was all over the place. Haha! We did have two little accidents, but no pee spots today. After I cleaned up, we all went outside to enjoy the beautiful day! The pups must have smelled something good out there, because they were walking around with their noses high up in the air! Sammy and Gracie piled up in my lap right away. Gracie stretched herself all the way across my lap, keeping her nose in kissing range of my face! We heard someone calling for their dog, so everyone jumped down and ran to the edge of the yard to investigate. Couper took this time to steal their seat and crawl into my lap! In no time Molly and Couper took to chasing and wrestling around together. Gracie joined in and Roly just stood and barked at them! Sammy just looked at them like, "Those silly girls!" and snuggled up with me. Eventually he couldn't help himself and had to join in all the fun! Molly came running at the lead and hopped in my lap! We headed in for supper and everyone ate their dinner before we went back outside. All the pups starting chasing and wrestling around some more! I gave them all treats before I left again. Sammy was so cute and stood on his hind legs for his treat! Daddy stopped by just as I was leaving today too, so they were super excited to see him!

Cali

Cali did her usual rolling around on the floor when I came in this afternoon. Cali was much more playful today! She would chase after her shoe string from across the room! I had to go find it today too. She had carried it off into another room after I left yesterday. She was also just as snuggly today as she has been. She rolled around a lot next to me and stuck her paws out, reaching for my hands. She'd playfully swing at my fingers, then would get up to rub her head in my hand. I put some treats out for her the other day and it doesn't look like she's had any yet. They must not taste as good when I give them to her! Haha!

Bunny, Joe Friday & Murdock

This morning as I walked in the door, Murdock was already coming out of the bedroom to say hi. He came over to get pet, then made his way to the middle of the floor to roll around. I went upstairs to see Friday and Bunny. Bunny didn't want any attention this morning, but Friday was happy to take her share! He followed me around while I cleaned up. We went back downstairs to where Murdock was sunning himself. They took turns squeezing into the little sliver of sunlight to warm up. I even caught them snuggling again today! So cute!

Maggie & Moe

This morning the girls were both sleeping in their room, but came zooming out as soon as they heard me! We went outside and they took off chasing as soon as their feet hit the concrete. They chased around and grabbed different toys to tease each other with. It was still pretty chilly out this morning, so it wasn't too long before they were ready to head inside. Maggie and Moe both had a little breakfast after their treats. Then it was playtime! They both were hopping all around me on either side, trying to kiss my face. Moe ran off and grabbed herself a rawhide. Maggie snuggled up with me for a little while, then decided to try and get Moe's rawhide! This afternoon they were snoozing away again in their room. Moe came out and quietly watched me for a second. Then they were both out and dancing around to go outside! It was such a gorgeous afternoon! They both did a little running around at first, then laid down to soak up the warm sunshine. Moe was rolling around in the grass and just loving it up! Later, it was time for more chasing, around and around they went.

Coco, Mia & Daisy

This morning Mia was waiting at the front door, ready to go play in the backyard. After I let her out I went to go find the kitties. They were both snoozing; Coco was in the office in her usual spot and Daisy on the guest bed. I let Coco work on her breakfast while I snuggled up with Daisy. When Coco was finished, she made her way to go curl up on the bed. I pet her for a little while before letting Mia in. I gave Mia her breakfast, but she only nibbled on it this time. She was too concerned with getting excited over going back outside! I put her food out there for her in case she was hungry later. This afternoon I looked out the back window and saw Mia sleeping soundly by the back door. She even did a little running in her sleep! I woke her up to have her come inside. I fed kitties, who hadn't moved since I last saw them, their lunch. Mia and I took a nice long walk this afternoon! She came barreling down the hallway as soon as she heard what I had! She's such a good girl. When we got back home, she was ready to go out in the backyard again to enjoy the gorgeous day. I spent some time with Daisy and Coco. Daisy's little motor just keeps on running the whole time I'm petting her! What a sweetie! Tonight I let Mia in and she ate almost all her supper for me. After I fed the kitties their dinner, Mia and I took a nice long walk again. She waited next to me while I grabbed her leash. She kept wagging her tail and made the pink feather toy fly up and hit her. She would turn around and give it a look like, "What is this thing that keeps hitting me in the touche?". Daisy was sitting on the rug by the door, waiting for our return. Mia went outside for a little longer, so I grabbed the pink feather and started to play with Daisy. She's pretty fast for an older girl! It was so entertaining! She ran back and forth, lept in the air to grab it, and rolled around with the feather. I let Mia back inside and said goodnight to Coco.

Maggie & Moe

The girls heard me coming tonight and I could hear them barking away inside. They had both run to the door to see who was home! We went out in the backyard right away so they could go potty. They quickly disappeared into the darkness as they chased each other all over the place! I think it was a little chilly out for them tonight, since they were ready to head back inside pretty quick. Moe worked on eating some supper. Maggie was dancing around me and busy licking my hands like crazy! Moe brought a rawhide over by me to lay down and gnaw on. Maggie saw that and thought she needed one too! She disappeared into the bedroom and came out with one for herself. Then, she went back to hopping around by me and trying to lick my face and hands! She pooped herself out and ended up snoozing next to me in no time. The girls got one more bedtime treat before I left.
