Tonight I went to go let Mia in right away, who was already waiting at the back door. She was very excited to see me! She danced around while I pet her. While I got the kitties' supper ready, I saw little Daisy come peeking around the corner to see who was home. She let me pet her and started to purr right away! I looked around for Coco to feed her supper and found her all curled up on the bed. Mia laid on the couch, but when she heard me coming down the hallway, she was ready for her walk! She walked over to the basket to show me where her leash was. She nudged at it, then looked back at me. So, we took a short walk tonight while the girls were eating supper. When we came back, Daisy was sitting in the entryway waiting for us. Mia went back outside for a little while, so I spent some time with the kitties. I sat with Coco to pet her for awhile, and she kept turning her face so I could get both sides. Daisy came up on the bed to see what we were up to. She got pet some more too before I went to let Mia back in. Mia got a couple treats before I left.

Cali
Cali was right at the door this afternoon as usual to greet me. She weaved herself back and forth between my legs as I made my way to the kitchen. Since she was craving attention so much I sat down with her right away. She was so snuggly again today! She rubbed up against my back and nudged my hands with her head. She let me pet her for awhile before it was time to play! She rolled around and grabbed at her string, kicking at it with her back legs. She took a little break to have some of her dinner before we played some more. She got tired of playing after awhile and wanted to be all snuggly again!
Bunny, Joe Friday & Murdock
This morning Joe Friday did a big stretch in his little kitty bed when I came to the top of the stairs. He let out a good morning meow, then laid back down. I could see a little lump in the blanket on top of the slide today. I peeked under the blanket and Bunny was all curled up in a little ball. She didn't appreciate me interrupting her nap, so I let her go back to bed. After cleaning out the litter pans I pet Friday for a bit. He followed me down the stairs on my way to see Murdock. Murdock popped out from under the bed just far enough for a little chin scratch, then he went back to bed too. A bunch of little sleepy heads today I guess! Friday didn't complain about getting all my attention this morning. He was purring away!

Cali
Cali met me at the door this afternoon and was already rubbing up against my legs as I made my way into the kitchen! I got her food out to warm up while I cleaned her litter box. She was waiting for me to finish! I sat on the floor with her to play with her shoe string. She came right up to me and crawled in my lap for awhile. When we were playing, we heard a big boom from outside. It scared Cali and every little noise she heard after that, she perked her ears up and listened intently. After we played around some more, she decided to nibble her yummy canned food.
Dakota & Benny

Today Benny was zooming in circles as usual, waiting to go for his walk! We headed on our way and took a nice long one this afternoon. I had to keep an eye out on the ground ahead of us. There were lots of little candy treats on the ground that they wanted to pick up and eat! We passed one house that still had their big blow up Halloween decorations going. Kota and Benny had to stop and check that out! Benny sure didn't like it... When we got home Kota had a little bit of lunch. Tonight they were both excited to get outside. I let them play out in the backyard for awhile. Kota was zooming around and even tackling Benny every now and again! They were rolling and goofing around together. Benny and I were playing fetch with his little basketball while Kota was "woo-wooing" at me! She hopped up on the patio table to give me some kisses. After awhile Kota was ready to head in for some supper. Benny kept bringing me his ball to roll around for him. We raced around the living room a little and then they went back outside to run some more. There were some kids playing a game out in the field back there, so Benny and thw neighbor dogs got a little excited!
Checking out the Halloween lawn decorations.
Bunny, Joe Friday & Murdock
This morning Joe Friday was waiting for me at the top of the stairs, rubbing up against the wall. Little Bunny was sitting under the slide today. Friday followed me around all over and was very talkative! I went to see Murdock, who quickly came out from under the bed for some chin scratching. Friday came in shortly afterwards, meowing away. He was so lovey dovey today! We went in the living room so he could lounge in the sunlight. He got up and started making circles around me, rubbing up against my back and just purring away! I went back upstairs to see Bunny. She let me pet her for a long time this morning! She would rub her face in my hand and turn so I could get the other side too. She even gave me little kitty kisses!

Bunny, Joe Friday & Murdock
No one was sitting in any chairs downstairs when I came in this morning, so I headed upstairs right away. I peeked under the blanket this time and sure enough, there was Bunny all curled up and cozy warm in her little cave! Joe Friday was snuggled in the little kitty bed by the railing. He did a little stretch of his paws toward me as I came over to pet him. He made his way downstairs while I cleaned litter boxes to lay in the sun. I found Murdock under the bed again! He was much quicker to come out today. He rolled around on the floor and scootched closer to me so I could rub his chin. Friday came around the corner and gave a little look like, "Hey, what about me?!". We all made our way out to the living room and the boys started relaxing in the sunlight by the stairs. They enjoyed being pet for quite awhile! Eventually Murdock wandered off, but Friday stayed to get his ears rubbed!
Peek-a-boo!

Bunny, Joe Friday & Murdock
This morning Joe Friday hopped down from the chair by the window and raced me upstairs. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Murdock sneak down from the blue chair and around the corner to the bedroom! Friday was busy following me around and helping me clean the litter pans. When I was finished he got a nice chin scratchin! Afterwards I went to go see Murdock, who was hiding under the bed. I called for him and he crawled over to stick his head out and sniffed at me. Shortly after he came out and was rolling around all over the floor! I still hadn't seen Bunny yet, so I went searching for her everywhere. I went upstairs for one last look and still couldn't find her. Then, I heard a little rustling behind me. I turned around and there she was, crawling out from under the blanket on the car bed! Silly girl. I spent a little more time petting the boys before it was time to go.

Dakota & Benny
Today Benny didn't run to greet me at the door. He kind of peeked around the corner shyly. I guess someone was feeling guilty... I noticed there were some napkins all torn up on the couch! Silly boy! I let Kota out and started getting out their leashes when we heard a knock on the door. The lawn guy had shown up while I was there. Kota and Benny were just barking away while I was out talking to him. We got on our way and took a nice long walk on such a nice day! There were lots of snacks on the sidewalk today that we had to quickly pass so they couldn't eat them. We passed some crushed up chips, some candy, and Kota even picked up an acorn to crunch on until she realized it wasn't that tasty.

Maggie & Moe
The girls came running when they heard me come inside! We went out to play in the backyard for awhile. As soon as they got out there, they took off running and chasing each other in circles. Maggie found a rawhide out there, so she of course had to bury it! I watched her paw a little hole for it, then she'd push the loose grass with her nose to cover it up. She laid down next to it to guard her precious find. Moe went wandering over by her, and the cover was blown. Maggie had to quick grab it out and hunt for a new hiding place! She buried it in several different spots while we were out there. What a silly girl! Miss Moe came over by me for some attention in between chasing after Maggie. We headed back inside when they were finished playing and got a couple yummy treats. The girls both decided to have some supper while I was still there. Hmmm... how about here?
