This morning was basically a repeat of yesterday for the girls. It was still pretty crummy out, so we didn't get to take our walk. Daisy looked up at her leash sitting on the counter, "Are we going for a walk?". After breakfast she was too occupied playing a game of fetch to miss it! They took turns again, bringing the ball back. Daisy likes to take a break to get a drink of water, then cool off by sticking her feet in the bowl! Today she thought the ball needed to cool off too, so she gave it a bath a couple times. She's so silly! Right before I left, I gave the girls their last yummy rawhide bones. Indigo went right to town on hers! Daisy was dancing circles around me, poking me in the face with her bone. Haha! I think she wanted to make sure I wasn't going to do anything fun without her or go anywhere if she laid down to chew on it.

Dakota & Benny
It was raining pretty heavily when I came to see Kota and Benny today. With Kota not feeling well, I just let them outside for a bit. Benny came in and was ready to play some fetch! I could tell Kota wasn't feeling too well, since she laid down in her cage most of the time and looked pretty miserable. This afternoon when I came to see her, she seemed a little perkier. She nibbled on her food for lunch and even tossed some kibbles around for herself! I joined in and tossed some for them both to chase after. Later this afternoon Kota was acting like her normal self after they came in from outside. She was bouncing around on the furniture, messing around with me and even trying to wrestle with Benny!
Daisy & Indigo
This morning it was raining very heavily when I came to see the girls, so we played inside today. I fed them their breakfast first, then we played some fetch! Daisy kept bringing me the ball and dropping it in my lap. They both took turns being the one who got to bring the ball back. When Indigo would bring it to me, she'd drop it, then Daisy would have to pick it up and hand it to me! Daisy played keep away with the ball for a little bit too. She would prance around with it in her mouth, then stick it right in my face as if to say, "Lookie what I got! You can't have it...". haha! Indigo tried to get me to scratch her back for her, but Daisy kept interrupting. We played fetch until they were both tired out!
Are you gonna throw it? Huh? How 'bout now?
Sugar, Buddy, Jimmy & Charlie
This morning I let everyone outside right away. It was raining out, so they all ran around on the patio so they wouldn't get wet! Buddy was under the grill cover for awhile sniffing around, what a goof! When they all came in I got the boys' meds ready. Jimmy ate his in the chicken for me again, but Buddy turned his nose up. I mixed his in a little of the Beneful, and he still found one of them! After trying a few different things, I dug around in the treat cupboard and found a bag of those pigz' in blankets. That worked! This afternoon I let the boys outside to play. Sugar wasn't feeling up to going out in the crummy weather. Buddy and Jimmy were busy exploring around the patio again for awhile.

Dakota & Benny
Today Benny was running his laps for me! I got them all ready to go and we took a nice long walk today. They both stopped to stare at a kids soccer ball that was laying in someone's yard. They thought that would've been a nice addition to their toys! There were crispy worms on the sidewalks again, so Kota had to stop and smell at each one. Benny was very tired when we got home and laid down by me for a nice tummy rub. Kota was lounging in her cage, then she saw Benny enjoying his attention and decided she wanted some too! Can I go out and play some more?
Daisy & Indigo
This morning the girls met me at the door and got all excited right away! Daisy was following me around everywhere, just bouncing around letting me know she was ready to go! While I was outside watering and scooping, Indigo came over and started to bark at me to throw her ball. It was cooler today and pretty cloudy out, so we were able to take our longest walk yet! The girls were both very excited to get going. Lots of dogs were out in their yards today. Some of them were talking back and forth with Indigo! Daisy kept looking back at me while we were walking to make sure I was still coming. They had their breakfast when we got home and a few treats after that. I still haven't seen what kitty looks like, but I keep checking!
Sugar, Buddy, Jimmy & Charlie
This morning I let all the kiddos outside to play for awhile. Sugar wanted to come back inside shortly after she went out. Buddy and Jimmy were busy exploring and searching for critters. I let them in for their breakfast and meds. Jimmy ate his in some chicken, since that worked for everyone last night. Buddy took one of his pills in the chicken, then decided he didn't want any more of that! I mixed the rest of his in just a little of the Beneful. Charlie was just gabbing away today! This is the most I've ever heard him talk. I could make out "Hi" and "Buddy No!", then he started mimicing the dogs' barking! This afternoon I came and let the boys play outside again for awhile. Sugar decided to hang out in her little cave.

Sugar, Buddy, Jimmy & Charlie
This afternoon I let the boys out to go potty and play for a bit. I think Sugar was sleeping under the blankets before I came, because there was an abnormal lump in the comforter! She must have snuck out and under the bed when she heard me. Later, Sugar came out for awhile too. Jimmy was my little snuggle buddy today! Buddy was over in the garden, searching for critters! I let everyone in and gave them some treats before I left. Jimmy took his and spit it out right away! Then when he realized I didn't have any alternatives, he reluctantly ate his treat. Silly boy!
Buddy just cracks me up every time I see him!
Daisy & Indigo
This morning Indigo heard me coming up to the house and started barking. When I walked in, Daisy came running up to join Indigo and say hi! Your sister told me that they would hardly see Daisy while they were there. She started bouncing up and down at my feet, and was just crying to play or go for a walk! She zoomed out to the backyard to quick get her ball. We played fetch a little while I scooped up the yard again. Daisy has normal stool again! yay! When we headed back inside, Daisy could hardly contain herself! She sure LOVES her walks! We took another really long walk this morning. When we got home again, the girls had their breakfast. I keep going out in the garage to check on kitty, but still haven't seen her yet. The food keeps slowly disappearing though. Daisy stopped eating and followed me to see what I was up to... or maybe to make sure I didn't leave without playing some more fetch! I rolled the ball across the house for them. Daisy would take off running to retrieve it, and Indigo would be right along with her to help her bring it back. They're so funny! They both got some yummy treats before I left.

Chelsea
Chelsea came in from outside when I called for her today. She wagged her little heiny happily! She went into the kitchen and looked up at her leash. So, we went for a nice long walk today! She was so excited and I think she would've walked longer. When we got back home, I got her supper ready. She sat for me like a good girl! When she was finished she came over and snuggled with me a little bit. I got down her treats and turned on her music before it was time to go. She sat, then shook my hand for one!
