Ursa

Ursa greeted me this morning with a wagging tail! She was excited to get outdoors, as the morning was calm and cool. The steam was rising off the pond and she walked around, getting her huge paws wet. I picked up her leash and she knew exactly what we were going to do...we were going for a walk! It was a great morning for a walk, we both enjoyed it!

After her walk, she enjoyed her breakfast. We then went back outside and played a quick game of fetch with her squeaky ball. It was time for me to go, but not before she got a small treat!

Heathcliff, Atticus, Ava & Chance

Atticus came right up to me today. He started rubbing up against the wall, then moved to my legs wanting attention! Shortly after, I saw Heathcliff and he was waiting for his yummy canned food. I went in by Ava and Chance next. Chance was sitting up on the bed, while Ava wasted no time coming over to get pet! When I came out from visiting with them I found Heathcliff all curled up on the fireplace. Atticus followed me around while I cleaned the litterboxes and filled water bowls. Everyone was happy to get some lovin' today!

Caleb & Charlie

Caleb played outside with me for a little bit today, then he wanted to go in by his kitty! I love Caleb's new collar! I couldn't believe how big Charlie is getting either! Caleb ran into the bedroom and by the time I got to him, he was already snacking on Charlie's kitty food. Charlie was shooting out from under bed at Caleb again. Caleb jumped up and over the bed from side to side, then started playing with the pillows! Charlie was having a blast crawling upside down under bed with his back on the ground and playing with the cords on the blinds. It was so funny! Caleb started playing with Charlie's scratching post too. Eventually Charlie started jumping up and running across bed with Caleb!

Dakota & Benny

Benny was so excited when I came in today that he started sliding around on tile floor! We went for a nice long walk today and had a nice cool breeze outside. Kota was busy chasing butterflies, while Benny was trying to chase after trucks that passed by!

Ursa

A loud, happy bark and a bouncy Ursa greeted me this evening! She ran around the house and almost knocked me over, she was so happy! This excitement continued as she waited at the door to go out! We sat next to each other on the porch and enjoyed the cool evening weather. We then went in and played tug-o-war with a few toys and she enjoyed a hearty dinner. We finished up our night with a trick and a treat, and finally said goodbye with a good belly scratch!

Missy, Lucy & Brady

All three met me with wagging tails this evening! The weather was beautiful and all four of us enjoyed the cool evening! Lucy said "good evening" to the neighbor dogs, while Missy and Brady lounged on the cool grass. Missy thought that it would be a nice night to sleep under the stars, so it was a little tough getting her inside! After a fun evening, all four of us went back in and had some dinner. Lucy ran her little legs off outside, so after she ate, she plopped down on the floor! Missy and Brady enjoyed their doggy food, while listening to the music!

Missy, Lucy & Brady

Lucy and Brady both met me at the door this morning, and sleepy little Missy came wandering out from the hallway shortly after. We all went outside right away. Lucy and Brady started zooming all around the backyard. Missy walked over to the far side of the yard to lay in the shade under the trees. We played outside for quite awhile. After running around, Lucy and Brady would make their way over to me for some attention. It was time for breakfast, so I let the two little ones inside. Missy didn't want to come in since it was so nice out! I went out to get her, and she just rolled around for awhile, being silly! I made my way back to the house and eventually she followed. Everyone ate all their breakfast for me again.

Ursa

Ursa was bouncing up and down at gate when I came in this afternoon. I let her outside right away and we played with her white tug rope for few minutes. She didn't want to stay outside very long, so we headed back inside. She was so excited when we got in the house! We played tug of war with her other rope and did a little fetch too! She kept bringing me new toys to play with. Later she rolled over with her whole body across my lap! She did that a few times with her little legs kicking in the air, and got herself a nice belly rub.

Missy, Brady & Lucy

Lucy met me at the door tonight and Missy came shortly after to see who was there. I heard Brady barking from somewhere, but couldn't see him anywhere. I found him locked in the pantry! I let everyone outside to go potty right away. Lucy and Brady started zooming around the backyard in big circles! When we came inside I fed them their supper. Missy kept wanting to go over to Lucy's bowl and eat her food. Lucy was busy roaming around the house anyways. Brady was the first finished, so he got some attention while the other two were working on theirs. They all finished their food for me. Afterwards, we all sat in the kitchen and they took turns getting tummy rubs and back scratchings! Missy even was laying upside down with both legs going! It was a little too dark for pictures tonight, but I'll have some for tomorrow.

Dakota & Benny

Yesterday Kota, Benny and I took a nice long walk since it had cooled down after the rain. About half way through our walk, it started to sprinkle out. Then later it turned to big refreshing drops. Kota and Benny had fun in the rain and would stop to shake it off. This morning we took another nice long walk! Kota decided to pick up anything and everything she saw today! Little Benny had fun barking with his doggie friends that we'd pass by. Kota and Benny were both very tired when we got back home. They both laid down to rest and cool down. Later in the day we went out in the backyard to play for a little bit. Kota did a little running around the yard, then laid on the patio to soak up some sun. Benny started to race around the yard too, looking for a toy! He found a ball to bring back in the house.
